Great for everyday use
I mainly got these to reduce the impact fatigue in my heels when I run, and they perform fantastically. The targeted cushioning in the heel and forefoot is exactly where I need it, and I’ve noticed less discomfort in my ankles and knees after a long route. The contoured heel cup makes my foot feel really stable inside my sneakers, which promotes better balance. They were a cinch to customize, and the quick- drying fabric is a great bonus. Great value for reducing joint impact.

Odd “dots” within the cushioning.
They are “ok”. The heel portion is great, lots of cushioning. The ball of the foot section not so much. Very little cushioning, and there are raised “dots” that are very uncomfortable, at least for me. I have bone spurs on the balls of my feet, and the “dots” only made me feel the pain more. They did not meet my expectations, but they might work great for anyone else who does not have problems with the balls of their feet. If the cushioning was redesigned, it might be worth another shot.

Feels like a cloud
It feels and looks like a thick cloud. It fits my shoes perfectly and i can feel the bounce when i wear these. The original insoles that came with my shoes had no support. These help fix that and i can now wear the shoes with less pain in my feet.
