Using for pinched nerve C5-C6 with shoulder pain
I was told by my chiropractor about this device and also purchased a firm foam block that you lay your neck on while lying down to allow thebhead to fall back while supported to help bring back the curve to your neck over time with regular use if you have a straight neck ( loss of curve ) which easily happens with constantly being on a cell phone or years of bad posture.Works pretty well. I don’t use the little ball to stop the airflow and it holds well. Takes pressure off the nerve with a long slow stretch of the neck muscles, allowing the discs to decompress and take pressure off the nerve.Been using for about 4 days 2x a day for 20 min and helps some. Long term use is what will make the difference and the body gets used to being in a more relaxed state in the neck.When letting the air out when done using, it’s much easier to unhook the tube from the joint closest to the device and it will just deflate most of the way on its own.So far so good.

A little bit of neck heaven..
This is a great little neck stretcher & relaxer ..I see my chiropractor often and I mentioned this neck stretcher and he said yes its good for your neck.. I wished he had mentioned it before, I could have been using this for years and saving some $’sss.. it is made of good quality material, its soft and pumps up with ease. It releases at the turning of the release knob.. so fortunate I found this as a tool for my at home tool belt. It relaxes my neck in minutes everytime I use it. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some comfort in a tired or aching neck.
