Affordable, efficient pain management & injury recovery device
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It seemed simple enough to set up and good value.Pain relief:I bought for my lower back injury. It was suggested electro stimulation devices could help by a physio & osteopath. It’s actually often used in sport medicine. I hurt my back again recently & must admit this device allowed me to take less pain killers while recovering a lot faster. I’m normally paralysed for a week but this time using it, I was up in 3 days and could sit again on day 5. Value for money:It was amongst the most affordable devices on Amazon. I didn’t want to pay too much in case it would work. Portable:Very small and therefore practical to carry around. The battery life is also fantastic. The only downside are the cables which can get tangled but I don’t think wireless devices would have the same battery life.

It works very well
This little guy is great and has been helping with my pain for several weeks now. I love that it has 4 pads so I can do both of my shoulders or knees or a shoulder and knee at the same time. It’s got a timer that shows how much time is left which you can easily change with a press of the button. It has lots of different settings so anyone can find a setting that works for them. It is rechargeable which is awesome, no batteries to buy frequently. I use mine almost daily. The charge lasts a long time too! I am not so sure I understand the EMS how it’s different from a regular tens machine but whatever it is I am getting relief. Great little device, only thing I would change is to have like a clip on it so you don’t have to carry it in your hand if you need to move. Other than that a good little device and the price isn’t bad either.

Handy TENS unit, everything in a carrying case you need!
This TENS unit is very effective, it has a great battery life, it’s easy to use, you get a lot of pads that you can reuse over & over again. The pads are VERY sticky! There are so many different pulse settings & you can turn the control up to your tolerance level. I found it very comfortable to use! I always have major tension/pain in my neck & am not able to use conventional ways to relieve my pain so this was a game changer!

Great unit! Works for post-op surgery pain & muscle activation.
Great little unit! Easy to use. Definitely works to relieve my complex knee surgery pain & helping re activate my quad! Seems well made, lightweight but durable! Lots of extra pads included. I’ve used it a bunch and haven’t charged it yet. It has found a rightful place in my gym bag! I definitely will use it even after I’m out of rehab! I would have given five stars but there is no description of what each program does so you kind of have to test each one out and take note of it. Other than that, it’s a wonderful little unit. I’ve gotten so many compliments from everyone at my physical therapist office!

Great Value, Great TENS
Excellent product. This is a great buy for those needing a reliable TENS unit. It has 32 modes and some of them you just cant find on other TENS. What I like about these unique modes is it that there are constant modes like someone is actually giving you a massage. There’s even one mode that is constant (massaging, not poking) that doesn’t let up even for a second which you cant find on other TENS units. I have two complaints about the unit, you cant operate the two channels independently and the screen is so damn bright and no adjustmen for the brightness but these two complaints isn’t enough to knock off any stars, its that good of a unit. I had a problem with my first unit and ADP Health took care of it quickly so not only is the product great, so is the seller who supports their product. Would buy from them again.

Life saver! Lasts for days on single charge
I got this tens unit to replace an older one that used a 9v battery that wouldn’t last very long with consistent use. This unit, however, lasts for DAYS on a single charge with a lot of usage!!!Some other features that I love:- No more batteries! It’s rechargeable and charges quickly.- While the unit does have a configurable timer, it can also be set to constant. My old one would work for 60 minutes max then beep until I turned it off.- The EMS option definitely seems to get deeper stimulation than regular tens. Whether it’s just redirectijg my brain or not, it absolutely helps with pain relief while it’s running. I have a herniated disc and rely heavily on the unit during flare-ups.- The pads stick very well and can be used multiple times. Previous pads I’ve used started peeling off on the second use.-The unit comes with a high quality storage bag and a plastic card for storing the pads.The only con is that the pads have snaps instead of the kind that plug in kind of like an aux cable. Because I have to use them low on my back, I sometimes pull off the cable when pulling down my pants. This is not a major issue though, and the pros far outweigh the con.

Easy and effective machine
Not sure what the reviews were complaining about, the pads are sticky, my unit came fully charged and had a usb type C charging cable (just didn’t have a charging block). It also came with a “tips for application” paper that has the recommended modes for the targeted body area for TENS and EMS so you don’t have to search through all 32 programs/modes. Overall im happy with my unit and it feels great. I will update my review if anything changes.
