Super scale for bakers and bread makers. It adjusts the tare weight for all the steps that require measurement; large enough to weigh 700 grams of flour; large read out; simple to clean.

So much to love, no drawbacks.
I love this scale. I use it all the time. After removing the barriers that came with it and a full charge I haven’t had to recharge it for at least 2 weeks and seems it’ll last on just a single charge for quite a long time. The sensitivity of this scale is great. I love the quick change on units and the tear feature is a life saver.

Nice slim kitchen scale.
This scale is super easy to use. It’s very easy to measure portions or to get the right amount of ingredients for baking. It has several different modes so you can switch through to the kind of measurement you need. It works quickly, and the read out can be switched while the item is on the scale. The stainless steel looks sleek, and the scale is thin enough that it can easily be stored in a drawer or upright in a cabinet out of the way when it’s not in use. It can be recharged or run on triple AAA batteries.

A Great Compact Food Scale
What is there not to like about this food scale? I like its one-piece design, its compact size, and its weighing capability.The one-piece design makes cleaning easy. There are no crevices to trap powdery stuff. The readouts are legible, and the buttons are responsive. The measurements change quickly between grams and ounces. I am especially happy with the liquid measurement (ml). That is a bonus!!Do not let the compact size of this scale fool you. It measures accurately. I compared it with my other food scale, and the measurements were identical 4 out of 6 times, with a slight variance in two tests. It reads fast, and the reading stays steady. The reading on my other scale tends to fluctuate a few times before settling down.I appreciate that this scale is rechargeable in addition to being battery-powered. I would skip using the batteries. My other food scale requires four AAA batteries and requires replacement if not used for a long time.This is a great food scale. It is easy and convenient to use. It makes measuring ingredients enjoyable. I will be using this scale a lot more than the other one.

Versatile and What I Needed
This is exactly what I needed. Accurate and versatile, it’s super easy to use. I ordered it to measure small amounts that are too big for my gram scale and ingredients for recipes that don’t give measurements of volume, but instead weight.It is accurate enough to use if uncertain how many stamps a heavy envelope requires an envelope needs.The scale is SMALL. It will weigh 30 lbs but a 30 lb sack of grain won’t fit.It has a rechargeable battery and can also be powered by replaceable batteries. This should, I hope, add to its durability. Eventually the rechargeable battery will fail. If the scale is still functional the remaining battery option should power it, extending its useful life.
