No complaints about this set at all! Has all the components one might need to practice yoga or combine with a physical therapy regimen. The fabric is soft, comfortable to the touch. The bolster is the right size to be easily taken to/from yoga studio and it’s about the same width as a standard mat so you can manage your space when around others. Good purchase!

Bolster is very lightweight
The blocks and strap are very nice. Normally the bolster is weighted to assist with deep stretching with yoga. The pillow is feather light.
