Its supposed to help your skin
These are supposed to be good for your skin and bones per my wife. Not sure how long you need to take them to have an understanding of when that will happen. Probably after you have had several boxes of this? As I can’t actually say based on only one box I can say that it dissolves easily and has little taste or texture once dissolved. Proably the closest equivalent would be like a tasteless powerered gelatin. So at this point it seems tolerable and I guess its like eating vegetables, in the short term its hard to tell if its effective but in the long term it pays off. That’s what my wife says anyway. So if that’s what you’re looking for, then that’s what this is. And if it’s not what you’re looking for then it’s not. Otherwise it has a very long shipping time, about 4 weeks from order to door.

Rather than taking a pill, this is a potentially easier way of using a collagen supplement. It dissolves and mixes OK. The taste and smell are fine. Quality seems good.

I like the packaging of this product, it’s quite snazzy. I struggled for a second opening the individual packet and just took some scissors to it. It says to mix it with any drink but I always have mixed results with this type of product being added to drinks so I just used it in my smoothie. It’s a small amount that isn’t noticeable taste wise when mixed with fruits and veggies so no issues there.Really the only downsides I can think of to this is the cost and the shipping time. It’s on the higher end as far as price points go which doesn’t make it an affordably reliable way to go. Secondly, I had ordered this on 9/19/25 and didn’t receive it until 10/23/25 and that’s kind of ridiculous.
