3 months into using and my fingernails are strong and my hair is thicker. Great product. Mixing well in both hot or cold liquids it’s great for my picky taste buds regarding texture.

I used AI search when my doctor told me to add more protein to my diet. This type protein powder is exactly what AI result said was most absorbable form. I love it because there are no additives & powder has no strong flavor (just a creamyness) so it mixes with anything. I use a blender bottle & shake vigorously (but carefully because it foams). I’ve never tried it in hot beverage, only cold. Excellent value, pouch lasts a long time.

I am not a big supplement-taker, except for collagen. I really do think it helps my joints. Great way to increase collagen.
A great collagen powder but give your body time to adjust to the protein increase. It can cause severe GI upset if too much is consumed at once. It has no taste and blends easily in my coffee. The bag is large and will last a really long time.
