Excellent Device With Clear Benefits
I’ve been using the Apollo Neuro for about a week, and I’ve already noticed deeper sleep, easier relaxation, and longer, more consistent meditation sessions. I wear it on my ankle, and it’s comfortable to keep on throughout the day and at night, without getting in the way or feeling bulky.The vibrations are gentle and soothing, and the app is easy to use with helpful features and regular updates. I also like that it connects with my Oura Ring, which makes the recommendations more personalized.As a healthcare provider, I appreciate that Apollo is based on solid neuroscience and designed to support the nervous system in a practical way. Overall, it has been an excellent addition to my routine, and I recommend it for anyone looking to improve sleep, focus, or general well-being.

Quality Product
The band is comfortable, the battery lasts a couple of days, and the app is simple once you set up your favorite routines. Downsides? It’s not cheap, and this is not a magic cure-all. You still need decent habits—sleep, caffeine, stress, all that.But if you’re serious about feeling less stressed, sleeping deeper, and being more present during the day, Apollo Neuro has been one of the few “wellness gadgets” I actually keep using.

Absolute game-changer!
This thing is unbelievable! I don’t know how else to describe it other than it’s like strapping a purring cat to your leg.I was skeptical about how effective it would be after reading the info on how the vibration works, but after trying it out, I can confirm that the different modes work as intended. I’ve been wearing it non-stop since I got it and have really enjoyed testing out the various settings. Even the sleep mode is shockingly effective.I like that you have options to wear it on your wrist, ankle, or the collar of your shirt, so it can be used inconspicuously. Both the strap and the clip are comfortable. The battery lasts for days so you don’t have to constantly be charging it. And, it’s even led to some really fun conversations when people ask about it.I can’t recommend this thing enough! If you deal with any sort of anxiety, low energy, sleep problems, or just feel like you’re dealing with too much stress throughout the day, this is definitely worth a shot.

(UPDATE, issue resolved!) Where’s the free smart vibes membership?
So far one star. Should not be this difficult to figure out the “12 months free” that auto-activates?? Right now I’m on a 21 day free trial and If I’m not able to get the subscription issue resolved soon I’m returning it, I don’t care how well it works.UPDATE:There may have been a glitch in the matrix, because I’m tech savvy and could not figure out if I had a subscription or not. Apparently I did. The “21 day free trial” was a “21 day challenge” to encourage you to use the device in different ways, as using it consistently helps it learn your biorhythms to give you the best “vibe”. (But I swear, I saw “21 day free trial” when I was first setting it up….)I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 4. I am menopausal and having ALL KINDS OF FUN WITH THAT haha. I need to use it for a while before giving it 5 stars as it takes some time to notice a difference, by design. I *DO* think it’s helping my overall GAD but it’s subtle. The real test for me will be how well it improves my sleep….fingers crossed!!I was also very impressed with the customer service directly from Apollo, quick, helpful, did not tell me how I’m wrong or stupid, and 99% certain it was a human.This was a pretty expensive purchase for me to justify but I am hopeful it’s going to be worth it!!One “nice to have” recommendation – interchangeable bands?

A life altering product and key to the Mind-Body Connection
The Apollo Neuro is a life altering product. When I developed an understanding of the mind-body connection and how it MUST align for full health and wellness obtainment, I began to look for the answer and key. Knowing that prescriptions and medications were NOT the answer, I looked for supplements, diets and any other way I could start to fix my sleep issues, the stress, the anxious behavior and the constant ups and downs and I was introduced to the Apollo Neuro. I watched the founder, Dr. Dave Rabin discuss the back story and the ease of function in what it was able to do and decided to try it. It has provided a drastic change for me in so many aspects, including STRESS RELIEF, MORE ABILITY TO FOCUS, SUSTAINABLE ENERGY LEVELS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, BETTER RECOVER, BETTER ATTITUDE AND BETTER SLEEP. The app is so well designed and you can pick from multiple types of vibrations that coincide what what you need throughout your day. My favorite modes are FOCUS and of course SLEEP but there are multitudes to choose from. When I think about the price I paid for this and how much I use it and what is has done for me, it is such a steal and I am so thankful that I have been able to share it with so many friends and colleagues!

Must-buy for the upcoming craziness of the season!
I’ve had one for a couple years. Buying a 2nd Apollos as a gift for a loved one! High quality, low intrusiveness product that seem to disappear in the background after a few mins of wearing it. I used to wear it on my wrist but recently discovered its benefits on my ankle (just above the medial malleolus lol). What does it feel like? A slow calming vibration in the area at first, after a couple mins it may feel like a gentle hug especially when worn on a shirt lapel near the heart. Highly recommend for those who could use a little support with autonomic nervous system regulation. Or for those of us who like hugs!
