Best Yet!
First the not so good. This is my third try with this product. The size chart goes by height and weight and waist size which missed me totally. So the first try was on the store and second was on me. Thankfully the returns were seamless. I knew with the first one, even though the size was way too big that it was going to be a slam dunk when get the right size. I’m 72 and have had back problems since childhood and a spinal fusion at 53 so pain, stiffness and weakness is too familiar. As you can imagine I have had a bazillion braces or supports of some sort over the years, primarily for lumbar spine. I read the reviews before purchase and one purchaser said that their physical therapist said that this brand was the best. I’m wearing the right size now and yes indeedy I have a friend helping me stay in the game!What I like is that my thoracic spine ( mid-back) is weak and I need flexible yet rigid support which is comfortable and stable. This thing helps me both to perform and recover from physical activities. I will be putting it to the test daily for the next two weeks and will give an update

Its alright for short term
I’ve been using the DIANMEI Posture Corrector for a few weeks now. It definitely helps with keeping my back straight and reminds me to avoid slouching, especially when working at a desk for long hours. The design is lightweight and breathable, which makes it easy to wear under clothes.However, it can get a little uncomfortable after wearing it for extended periods. The straps start to dig into your shoulders if it’s too tight, and loosening it makes it less effective. It’s also a bit tricky to put on without adjusting it multiple times.Overall, it works for short-term posture correction but not ideal for all-day wear. Worth trying if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option to build posture awareness.

I’m walking upright and most of my pain is gone! JUST GET IT NOW!
I’ve used this about 8 hours a day for 2 weeks since it arrived. I was ‘hunching’ over often – especially as I walked and that left me with lower back pain. I didn’t want to become one of those ‘old people’ who hunches over all the time.This has been nothing short of a miracle. I’m walking upright and MOST of the pain is gone.Other people complain about:1. Pinching around the underarm area. Well, I guess it does do that – but it’s not that bad at all for ME.2. That it slides. This happens when you bend over which is natural. When I stand back up, I just pull the belt part back down and I’m good to go.3. That it doesn’t fit. I went by the sizing and it fits perfect!Folks, this is a back brace/posture corrector in the $30-$40 range – what do you want? For me it’s been absolutely amazing!The ONLY issue I had was putting it on the first time. Yeah – seems pretty straight forward after using it for a few weeks but first time? FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS – THEY ARE VERY USEFUL!

I got this brace for my upper back where I have a rhomboid muscle that spasms. I purchased this brace and wore it around the house for a day when I got it and oh my, the pain and discomfort in my sciatic nerve is incredible. I haven’t had sciatic pain before outside of a little tightness and this is has me up all night. I’ve tried heat, stretching and a few other things and no help. So far this brace has given me another source of pain and discomfort. Think twice before you make this your fast solution because it can backfire…ouch…I’m going to try to sleep now but my sciatic nerve is screaming! Buyer beware!

I have been using the posture corrector girdle for a few weeks now and I can say that I am really impressed with its results. The brace is comfortable and easy to wear, and it has really helped me improve my posture.First of all, the girdle is adjustable and fits my body perfectly. It is also breathable, which means that I don’t feel hot and sweaty when I wear it. In addition, the girdle is discreet enough to wear under my clothes without being noticeable.But most importantly, I have noticed a great improvement in my posture since I started wearing it. My back feels straighter and my neck and shoulders are more relaxed. Works great
Bought this as a back brace for a pinched nerve in my upper back. Went to the doctor and was told to get a back brace, I didnt even think to ask what kind, went to buy one and realized there are so many different ways to “brace our back”. The small tubes in the back of this help give me the little bit of support on my upper back while keeping my back straight so that i can work and not aggravate my injury as much.
