No directions came with it. I couldn’t fully get it on and when I did get it partially on, I had to cut it off therefore it was a total waste.

Returned the medium, that was according to measurements, the right size. Ordered a large and it’s no different!! I’m over it!! And it has a sharp thread that I can’t locate😞Great customer service however!

Helps my posture, comfy to wear
I’ve been using this for a few days and it actually helps me sit straighter when I’m working on my laptop. The material is soft and doesn’t dig into my shoulders. It’s easy to adjust and not too tight, so I can wear it for a while without feeling uncomfortable.It’s not some magic fix, but it does remind me to keep my back straight. For the price, I think it’s pretty useful.

Loops sewn on backwards? A bit too tight.
I feel like the arm loop straps are sewn on backwards, at least on mine. If the back loop is supposed to be on the outside, the arm loops are sewn on the inside, which makes this uncomfortable where the sewn part meets my skin. Furthermore, the sizing was a bit difficult to understand since I usually am an XS in everything, especially things that go on my top area, however, this seems a bit snug and pulls a bit too tight and a small probably would have fit me better, but I was so excited to find something like this in an XS so I am a bit disappointed that it is too tight. I still gave this 3 stars because the design (aside from the inside out sewn straps) and the material are both quality. I wish it fit better for me to use it and help with my upper back issues.

Good for my back and neck
Tried it on for 2 hours a day for 2 days now. It’s very comfortable, easy to put on and well designed. I sit in front of a desk for long hours every day, this strap helped me maintain in an ergonomically position. Recommend for office worker!
