Great support easy to use washable
These are lightweight wonders have turned my daily grind into something almost enjoyable. The heel cushion—a deep, ergonomic cradle that hugs my arches and absorbs shock like a pro. That gel padding under the heel and forefoot is a lifesaver for my fasciitis. They’re designed for high arches and flat feet alike, with a contoured shape that promotes better alignment without feeling rigid. Standing all day at work used to leave me limping, but now my feet feel supported, not squished—perfect for active or just enjoyment hiking. Great for everyday use for work too. Lightweight and Low-Profile Very light about 3 ounces per pair, these are featherlight—no bulky bulk weighing down my strides. The full-length design fits seamlessly into my running kicks, trail boots, and even casual sneakers, with an anti-slip surface that keeps everything in place (no more annoying shifts mid-stride). The breathable, moisture-wicking top layer keeps my feet cool during sweaty walks/runs, and they’re flexible enough for all-day wear without hot spots. Trim the edges for a perfect match; size is regular size fit. These aren’t flimsy foam; the dense EVA material and reinforced edges are sturdy. Should last a while. Machine-washable and they bounce back like new after a gentle cycle. At first use, they run a tad firm at first if you’re used to super-soft cushions—give it 2-3 days to break in. Well Thought Out Insoles
I chose these insoles from Bukihome in my endless quest for insoles with enough padding under the balls of my feet. Immediately out of the box, I could see all the care that went into these with four layers of support and comfort for your feet.These insoles were designed specifically for runners. While not a runner, I reasoned that they might help me. From an accident a few years ago, my feet had to be completely reconstructed and healed.First, the inserts fit perfectly in my shoes – no trimming necessary. The comfort under the heel, was so good as well as the mid foot support.Unfortunately for me, the forefoot structure did not do anything for under the balls of my feet. It seemed to be off a little in placement and definitely didn’t have the same bouncy feel that the heels did.I want to reiterate that these soles are specifically made for runners and I knew that when I ordered them. I rated them high even though they did not work out for me because I feel they will work great if used the way they were intended.I would definitely try another pair from this maker if they were designed solely for forefoot issues.

Fix your Sole!
I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a while and decided to try these insoles as a low-cost option before investing in something more expensive. I was pleasantly surprised. The size matched my shoe size exactly—no trimming or awkward fit—and they slipped right into my sneakers without any hassle. The arch support is noticeably better than the stock insoles that came with my shoes, and I could feel the difference after just a couple of days. My heel pain has eased up quite a bit, especially during longer walks or when I’m on my feet for extended periods.I hadn’t heard of this brand before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of quality or durability. But so far, they’ve held up well and haven’t compressed or lost shape. For someone dealing with foot pain, especially related to plantar fasciitis, these are worth trying. They’re lightweight, supportive, and comfortable enough for daily use. I’ll keep an eye on how they perform over time, but for now, they’ve made a noticeable improvement without costing a fortune.

Pretty decent but expensive
These insoles aren’t bad and they are certainly better than some no-name ones. But they aren’t as good to me as some name-brand ones I’ve used, and yet they are priced at least as high as those. They seem flimsier to me than some of my favorite ones, but they’re not extremely flimsy by any means. They have good arch support and decent comfort. They’re pretty breathable too. The foam just doesn’t feel as durable as I would hope though so I don’t know how long they’ll ultimately last.They’re easy to trim to the appropriate size and insert in shoes. They seem to stay in place fine. They work well enough overall, but they just don’t seem as high-end to me as the price would suggest.

A nice pair of insoles that has a little bit of cushion on the heels so can helping with running and other sports. Very comfortable and was quite easy to fit in and out of different shoes. Not overly bulky and does the job of providing cushion and foot support rather well.

I got these while training for a marathon earlier this year as my running shoe insoles were compacted and worn. I don’t suffer from flat feet or any specific pain but these being sold as running insoles I thought was worth a try. They fitted my shoes perfectly without any trimming and I could certainly feel the different sections of support, particularly the soft cushion under the heel. As a heel striker I found these comfortable felt good to run in. At £29 for a pair they’re certainly not cheap though!

I got these running insoles hoping to find some support around the arches during runs, but they’ve been a bit of a mixed bag. They’re okay, and they do the job to some extent. However, I found the heel a bit flat, and the arch support wasn’t really there for me. I felt a little too much padding across the middle of the insole, which wasn’t quite what I needed.It’s difficult to review something like this, because everyone’s feet and needs are different. What works for one person might not for another. I’ve had better insoles for my own needs, but these do offer some degree of cushioning. The material also feels reasonably durable.Overall, they’re just an okay pair for me. While they provide some comfort, they didn’t offer the specific arch and heel support I was looking for. If I’m honest, I have had better insoles that suited my feet more than this. I’m currently wearing them in some casual shoes but they wouldn’t be my first choice for running insoles.
