Best thing I bought in a while
I lost 5 pounds in a week and all food cravings are gone. I am down to 135 pounds – for reference I am 5’8 and 51 years old. I only have 5 more pounds to achieve my goal weight. I do workout 5 days a week and eat healthy including meal prepping. My biggest issue was late night snacking or poor snacking which I no longer have a desire for. I sometimes have force myself to eat and I can go longer periods of time without eating. I pretty much only eat meals now, no need for snacks. It truly has made a difference! I hope these gummies continue to have the same effect after taking it a while.

Didn’t Work
Didn’t wok. Very dissatisfied. I had a stroke and have gained weight from less activity. I was hopping this would be beneficial.

The only apple cider gummy we take.
My husband has been taking these for over a year now and he has seen a dramatic improvement in his intestine functions. He takes one every morning before work and now swears by them. He is over 50, if that matters. We have the subscribe and save and never run out of them. Apple Cider is so good for you you and if you don’t want to drink it this is the gummy for you. He says there is no after taste and he does not “burp” up apple cider after taking them.

I love that these are Sugar Free but too much plastic
I love these but I can’t bring myself to buy them any more because there is way too much plastic waste. I wish they would change their packaging to a bag or cardboard! These are great tasting and I love that they are sugar free without maltitol which upsets my stomach. Please change The packaging!
