Excellent customer service
Absolutely loved this. It was the first heated massager I’d ever used and it was amazing for my lower back pain. 10/10. Then the heated part stopped working right outside the Amazon return window. Amazon customer service told me there was a one year warranty and when I reached out to customer service they responded very quickly and replaced faster than I expected. Excellent customer service, very professional I am hoping this one lasts

I’m still deciding if I like it. — STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK
Originally I got the smaller size, but returned it for this one. I like this size a lot better. It heats up nicely, but the massage function could be better. I don’t like that it turns off after 15 minutes. The weight of the heating pad is nice and helps to alleviate some of my discomfort. I read a lot of reviews saying the product only lasted for about a year, so I got the 3 year warranty.To update: THE HEATING PAD STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK. I AM FURIOUS!Update: The heating pad was definitely good the week it worked, so I was extremely disappointed when it stopped working. The customer service is top notch and they will take care of you in the event your luck is as bad as mine. I am leaving 5 stars based on the customer service. I would highly recommend the protection plan just in case.

Does the job, works well
I bought the weighted heating pad that also massages. I am glad I bought it; it works quite well. It heats up quickly, and the heat is fairly consistent. The weight is perfect. It isn’t too heavy, which is good for my spinal problems.I knocked off one star because the weighted beads do shift a bit more than I expected and also because the massage function is too loud. There are three massage functions on each level (low, medium, high), but it’s hard to tell much of a difference between the second and third massage styles. The massage function cuts off after 15 minutes.On the whole, I do rather like the heating pad and am considering buying a second because my daughter keeps taking it.TLDR: recommended, just be aware of the loud massage function and the weight beads moving around some.

The massage element is like laying on an apple, the material is scratchy, worst heating pad EVER
Because of the poor design of the massaging element, YOU CANNOT LAY ON THIS HEATING PAD so it is worthless for your back unless you lay on your stomach. The massage aspect is achieved by a very uncomfortable vibrating device inside the heating pad that just doesn’t work as intended. It’s like the princess and the pea if you were laying on an apple instead! The material is also awful and scratchy, this is the worst heating pad I’ve ever purchased. The quality of these types of home use items has gotten worse and worse. The item is also overpriced, if the rest isn’t the enough to dissuade you.

Did not last!
This was good initially. Easy to use. It heated up really well and hot. The larger size was preferred and it is soft and weighted. PROBLEM: it stopped working suddenly after about two months! WTF? We were not able to troubleshoot and there was no way to fix it. We did discover there can be a problem because this has an auto shut off function even though I only use it about a half hour at a time. I got this one because of its larger size but the smaller one lasted much longer.VERY disappointed since as a mature adult, I ALWAYS like to keep a heating pad handy.

Great heat and vibes
Weighted beads help shape the pad around focus area of pain. The heat levels are good and it covers a large area. It says there are 9 separate vibration settings but really it’s 7. There is low, mid and high pulse. Low, mid, and high vibrate and in between each of those is a low to high back to low variance vibrate and these are all the same. Overall great product. Easy to use for sure and the cover is soft abs comfy.
