Worth the investment, your neck and back will thank you!
Received my posture corrector two days ago so I’m at the start of the recommended 14 days.I searched this out because I work at a desk and my posture is terrible from ignoring form over several years.First I did not read the box. I was excited. So on day one I put it on and realized that my posture is Indeed worse than I thought. The correction looked like someone snapped me into place. Perfect, book -balancing posture. I was floored at the sight.Considering I did not read any directions nor the box (I should have), I spent about ten minutes playing around with it, adjusting the straps and figuring out how to tighten it.Side bar- I have a large. I thought maybe I had ordered too big because there was slack in the shoulder straps (which are wide and comfy by the way) but I didn’t. You can adjust the fit by popping the straps off at the bottom of the garment and stretching them to fixate anywhere along the garment’s bottom. The straps are soft Velcro. Did that and adjusted the fit perfectly.Ok, so pulled back out today thinking, how long should I wear daily and then I read the box 🙃 14 days, at least 20 minutes a day. Sometimes my attention span runs away so I put it on and worked on a Duolingo lesson to pass the time without actively focusing on it. Worked like a charm with posture intact.Overall I love the fit, love how it feels and like what I see. Can’t wait to see how my body responds by the end of day 14.

I recently purchased the Cayatch Posture Corrector and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Not only is the product well-made and comfortable to wear, but it has also helped me to improve my posture significantly.I’ve struggled with slouching for years and have tried a number of different products to help correct my posture, but none have been as effective as this posture corrector. This back brace needs more work — uncomfortable!
I purchased this brace hoping to relieve pain from my scoliosis. However, it is very uncomfortable and I can only wear it for a short amount of time before I begin having pains in my arm. The flat part that lays along your spine can’t stay in the proper position because to tighten up the straps causes that part to ride up – far too high on your back. The straps need to be longer so that they can fold across your stomach area as this would ease the discomfort caused by the brace. I am very disappointed in the item.

Posture
The product seemed to mostly work as suggested. My shoulders felt pressed back and my posture felt lifted and more upright. The difficulty that I experienced was putting the vest on by myself. I could not do it easily or accurately. It really required a second person. The Velcro straps continuously got caught and stuck in the back. It was also difficult to pull the straps taunt enough on my own. When I moved, the straps often loosened rendering the vest ineffective.

The best posture correcting trainer
I immediately felt that my posture was supported properly when I put this on. Easy to figure out how to put it on from the pictures on the back of the box and the instruction sheet. I slouch a lot with almost everything I do, so it’s been very helpful in keeping me aware of my bad posture and reminding me to make an effort to keep an upright position. I will say it’s not comfortable FOR ME RIGHT NOW because my posture is terrible, so actually being forced to stand up/sit up properly is uncomfortable because I’m used to slouching. The discomfort has NOTHING to do with the actual product. In that sense, in fact it’s very comfortable. I think this is going to really help me a great deal. All I can say is that I’m glad I bought this and I’m excited to use it on a daily basis.

It seems to straighten me out while wearing it. I probably need to wear it for a week to see if more permanent changes will happen.Not really easy to put on. Could use stronger velcro.Overall I am pleased with the results

Highly recommend to fix your posture!
I started using the Cayatch poster corrector at work, and it’s been helping me out so much! It helps keep my shoulders back while sitting, and the adjustable straps help me make sure it fits perfectly. Since using it, I’ve been slouching less and I haven’t had nearly as much back pain. I’d highly recommend getting this, especially if you had a desk job!
