Important: Design to be meant for ice only, i.e. no frozen water bottles. There is no room to put frozen bottles. Please keep the water and ice clean to prevent impurities from entering the water pump and causing damage
Quick and easy fixes: 1. Check if the lid is on just right 2. Prevent hose kink，pull the hoses apart and put them back together 3. Unplug the machine and plug it back in 4. Make sure the filled water is above the water level line to prevent the pump Idle rotation. 5. A Must-Have for Injury Recovery!
I purchased this cold therapy machine to help my husband after he broke several ribs, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made during his recovery. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the cold water stays cold for a full 24 hours, which meant we didn’t have to constantly refill or worry about ice.One of the best features is the built-in timer, it gave us peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to keep checking on it or remember to turn it off. It was a huge relief to have something so reliable and efficient when we already had so much to manage.If you’re looking for a cold therapy machine that actually works, stays cold, and is super user-friendly, I highly recommend this one. It truly made a difference for his recovery.

Recommend buying this product
I first had a knee surgery and tried to use ice packs which were often too cold and fell off, they didn’t help much, and were a pain to continue to freeze. So for my shoulder surgery I looked into renting an ice machine which was pricy and didn’t make sense because I needed it for two upcoming shoulder surgeries. We bought this unit and it worked great. We used several times each day for a few weeks. It helped lessen the need for pain meds. It is easy to use, about 4 trays of ice each time and it keeps cold for a long time, so we only changed ice twice a day at most. We used a bit more water to make it easier to move the ice out of the way when placing the top on. We were able to keep the hose attached to the pad most of the time and just change the water in the cooler. The price was reasonable and it definately added value as I had almost no swelling and it helped keep me comfortable especially early post-op. Definately can be used for anytime an ice pack is needed and it’s more comfortable, so I’m happy to have it around.

Great little machine! Needs better cleaning instructions for cleaning to store when done using.
Just had shoulder replacement surgery. This was a GEM in the healing. Used it overnights to keep cold on the shoulder to reduce the need for pain medication. If I would change anything, I would make the hose LONGER so when using in a bed, there is enough to get the pad to the correct location without nearly pulling it off the table it was on. Literally 5 or 6 more inches would aid in proper placement. Also, better directions on how to put it away for storage. It was very difficult to get the water out of the pad. Hoping it does not mold. Wondering if I can push bleach water through if it does mold in storage. Really did like the machine. It is pretty quiet. Lights are bright but that aided in nighttime movement. Lasted through the night on one machine full of ice. Relatively light weight. Good product. Totally recommend.

A must have following knee replacement surgery!
This little machine saved my husband from countless trips to the freezer for ice! If I was sitting or sleeping, it was on and running for almost two weeks post surgery. We bought one bag of ice, but two would have been better. Here are some of the pros and cons:Pros:It’s super quiet so it doesn’t wake you up at night, it’s convenient, lightweight, no mess, no trying to balance a bag of ice on your knee, continuous cold water flow, (20 min. on, 20 min. off), only refilled the cooler 3 times in a 24 hour period, comes with 3 adjustable straps to make it as comfortable as you like.Cons:Occasionally the hose will kink, causing the water to stop flowing, if the lid is not on just right the water won’t flow, sometimes the water doesn’t flow for no apparent reason, so I had to just unplug the machine and plug it back in, twice I had to pull the hoses apart and put them back together to get the water flowing again, but they were quick and easy fixes, it is really cold water, so I had to layer a light towel over my pants, or I would constantly be cold, it can be difficult getting the wrap on due to the length of the straps and because the Velcro sticks to everything, the cooling pad doesn’t go all around the knee, but can be alternated between front and back or you can slide an ice pack under the strap behind the knee.

Very affordable and high quality machine
We purchased this Cold Therapy Machine when my husband had his second knee surgery. Previously, we had used our granddaughter’s machine for his first knee surgery but since she had injured her knee for the 4th time , she was using her machine. We have been very pleased with this machine- actually finding the timer very useful. Our granddaughter’s machine did not have a time and was double the price of this machine. It was easy to fill and use, not too heavy for me to handle. Husband is now looking at shoulder surgery, and we have peace of mind that this machine will handle his pain. Thank you for making a good, high quality machine that we know will serve us in the years to come.

Makes Recovering from Surgery Better!
My husband had rotator cuff surgery and it was recommended by family and friends to buy this for recovery. It was well packaged by the manufacturer and Amazon packaged it too. We really didn’t need directions as it was self explanatory. Easy to fill with ice and water, plug in and turn on. The water stayed extremely cold throughout the day. The water tubes were easy to disconnect from the cold water pad to move around freely when needed. Helped tremendously for pain and swelling. The Velcro straps stuck to everything!! It would be nice to have a diagram of how to wrap it on your shoulder, without winging it. It’s like a small cooler that can be used over and over. Works well for any type of surgery! BUY IT!!

Beware
Beware. Machine worked great until it didn’t…. 10 weeks later. Water just stopped pumping through to the pad.Too late to return and they are not offering to replace.Not only am I out over $150 but I don’t have the ice therapy for my shoulder. Very disappointed.
