Easy use/ life saver
This has been a lifesaver after foot/ toe surgery! Easy to set up and forget about until you need to replace the ice. I use 5 small frozen water bottles. I like that if I’m sleeping, someone can look on the lid and see approximately what the temp is. Then they can change the ice without me having to ask or be woke up. The pad was a little tricky to figure out for my foot/toe area. But if you need it for your ankle/foot is super easy. Would highly recommend. When I first got it, I had leaking at the connection sites even with the snap. Contacted customer service and they took care of the issue within 24 hours! No issue since.

Excellent for a Knee Replacent Swelling
I bought this to use after my knee replacement. Boy, am I glad I did! Everyone who goes through that needs this machine. I used it daily and multiple times a day. To help with healing and pain you must keep the swelling down. I found the ice packs that came with it were not quite enough for me so we froze some small water bottles and that worked good too, plus I always had some for the ready. It does get cold enough that you should put a thin towel or fabric between you and the pad. That is true with all these machines. Not too loud but you do hear it humming. Not disruptive enough to keep me or my husband awake or not be able to hear the TV. It was easy for someone to carry it from the bedroom to the living room when I needed. I will be using this with my other knee replacement as it still works fine. My daughter got the same machine for her knee replacement since she was here taking care of me and liked how well it worked. Good machine.

This machine was working great for about 5 months and I had an issue with it. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful . They sent me a new machine and had it expedited because my daughter was injured and needed it asap. I am so impressed with this company. They even checked back with me after they sent the new one to make sure it’s working great.I would definitely recommend buying one of these.

First day and it’s going back!!!
I had high hopes for this cold therapy machine, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing right out of the box. On the very first day of use, it showed exactly why it’s not worth keeping.• Build quality: The hose connected securely, but the overall unit feels cheaply made and not worth the price point.• Performance: It barely got cold. Even after loading it with fresh ice and water, the circulation was weak and inconsistent. The pad never reached a therapeutic level of cold — more like mildly cool tap water than actual therapy.• Ease of use: The controls are not intuitive, and the display is dim and hard to read unless you’re standing right over it. The instructions included were vague and left me searching online for clarity.• Positives: It does run quietly, which would have been a plus if the actual cooling performance had lived up to expectations.For a recovery tool, reliability and effectiveness are everything — and this failed where it mattered most. I’ve used similar machines in the past that delivered much colder therapy at a lower cost. This one is already boxed up and heading back.Save yourself the frustration and look at other brands that are better built and actually deliver true cold therapy.

Great product! Amazing Customer Service
This is the very first review I’ve ever written, but I felt this company’s outstanding customer service truly deserved it.I purchased the product to support my recovery from knee replacement surgery. During setup, I noticed the temperature wouldn’t stay on the coldest setting. Following the simple instructions, I contacted the company and received an immediate reply. They identified the issue right away and sent me a new power supply the very next day. In the meantime, I was able to use a power supply I had at home, so I didn’t miss a day of therapy.As for the machine itself—it’s a lifesaver. On a colleague’s advice, I used frozen water bottles, which kept the cooling therapy going for hours. The control panel is clear and easy to use, and I love the locking lid. It gave me peace of mind placing the unit next to me in bed without worrying about spills.To top it all off, about three weeks after my purchase, the company released a new cold therapy machine and generously offered me one to try at no cost! Started out great, tube connections broke after a short period of regular use and leaked. Seller has STILL not returned purchase price despite having received the return several seeks ago (writing on 20 October; delivered return to seller – I have proof – on 8 October). VERY irritating – suggest buying another machine, definitely from another seller!
