Works great, but bag leaks
Got it for my husband when he had prepatellar bursitis and it helped him so much. Using it now to ice my tennis elbow. Only complaint is make sure you use a hard bucket to hold the water and ice. The bag leaks from the bottom. I put the bag in a removable cooler bucket.

Works great but the thermal bag it comes with is NOT leak proof and it’s a soft type bag not a solid one like the photo displays. So to remedy the problem I suggest lining it with a trash bag and resting the submerged pump on top of some frozen ice packs or bottles. The elastic velcro wraps are handy to keep it in place. And it has timed settings which are nice as well.

Not advertised truthfully. No always on setting…
I have had knee replacement surgery and the hospital had me on 100% cooling for several days and told me to continue it at home… The listing in amazon says it has “always on” setting so i bought it. IT DOESN’T!… The instructions state not to use it for more than 30 minutes but it has a 60 minute setting! Crazy! For me it is useless and i would never have ordered it if the facts were accurate.After a frustrating day, i did figure out that if you unplug the timer and plug the pump directly into the power supply you have accomplished “always on”! Would be great if they included that in the setup instructions!!!! Oh, and it DOES LEAK…

The bag leaks, but it’s okay for the price
Good for the price. The bag leaks. Like not just from condensation, it really leaks at the seams. But I use the pump inside of a regular, small carriable cooler. That works great for me

Good system reusable ice packs were more convenient
The cold pack therapy system is well made, and it works well. I only used it for five minutes because I have an ankle injury, and this was not comfortable because it has tube sticking directly out from the pad. I’m thinking I would need a different version that has a full boot over the foot, to make this work. However, I found out that the reusable, cold packs that I have, which mold to the shape of my foot, work really great. Having something attached to my foot like this, I feel would be a recipe for disaster for me. For example, if I wake up in the night, and it’s dark, and I forget that I have something attached, it might cause me to trip and fall. So I returned this. After using it for only five minutes and seeing that it would be too inconvenient for me. Another thing is that you need to constantly be refilling it with ice and etc. This is a lot more hassle for me, compared to just swapping out the reusable ice packs.

It works great. The bag could be sturdier. It is hard to hold the cooling pad on your leg and wrap with the wraps provided around your leg

First time using this apparatus or one from any vendor. I would have liked more information and troubleshooting guide. Water leaked out after using it once. Second time much better.
