Help with knee discomfort during stretches.
I like using the blocks with the grips cut out for your hands. The knee pads are great, provide a lot of relief and keep me from injuring my knee. I use the belt for stretches and to carry the blocks and knee pads.

I’ve really been enjoying this Deep-Zen Yoga Blocks Set it comes in different colors to choose from this is helpful for me especially during the winter when I spend more time exercising indoors. It has been such a great help for exploring different poses and getting movement in without leaving the house. I love that it comes with yoga blocks, a pad, and a strap everything I need in one set. The blocks feel sturdy and supportive, and I appreciate the wrist-friendly design that lets me choose different hand positions for comfort. The included knee pads are such a thoughtful addition too, making floor poses much easier on hard surfaces.The material feels durable yet soft to the touch, and the grip makes me feel stable as I move through poses. The blocks are so awesome. I only gave 4 stars because the kneepads are not good for me. I tried with the straps and no straps and they do not help the pain at all so it’s probably my arthritic knees.
