Best insoles on the planet!
Best insoles on the market! They work wonders on my arches, my feet doesn’t hurt, and honestly any pain I felt prior to, I no longer feel. I have these in my shoes and my boots. Definitely supporting my high arches and super durable

Perfect arch support
I bought this for my girlfriend for a hiking trip and she ended up using it daily now! She cut it to fit her shoes and switches it from her hiking boots to daily shoes whenever she’s doing either. They seem as durable as a sole can possibly be, and she feels like it’s the perfect amount of arch support to be on her feet for a long time. She raves about how her feet don’t hurt after a run, hike, or long day of walking! I’m going to order one for myself!

Comfortable, supportive, but not for all workouts
I have a love/hate relationship with these insoles. I bought these in an attempt to ease heel pain that was brought on by rigorous gym classes. I purchased the Dr. Scholl’s “Sport” version previously and wasn’t overly thrilled with them, so I decided to try the other insole in their active line. This version (Running) was way more comfortable from the get go. You can feel how much support they have all over, and they do seem to cause less heel pain post workout. Plus, they’re really easy to cut-to-size and put in/take out of your shoes.Now, if you’re going to be using these solely for running/walking, they’re probably fine. However, if you’re doing any kind of burpee or lunging motion, be prepared to slip out of your shoes. I’ve tried them in 2 different brands of shoes, and have this problem ONLY with these specific insoles. I’m not sure if it’s because the arch is higher in these than the “sport” and factory insoles I’m comparing them to, but my feet stay planted in my shoes just fine with the other insoles. It’s really disappointing because I do love these insoles overall, but now I have to keep switching them in/out of my shoes depending on what my workout is for the day. I guess I’ll just have to give the “sport” version another shot until they fall apart, and go back to the drawing board for a good insole that keeps everything stable.

These feel really good
When I opened these I was so upset. They were thin and bendy. I am on my feet all day and need support and cushioning as I have arthritis and wear sneakers most of the time. I put them in my shoes and was very surprised at how good they felt for support and cushioning even after a long day. I bought a second pair and will probably buy more.

Not for me
When I tell you these wrecked my leg. It must be the lift they give. Ive never had an insole cause me so many problems. Had to go get an adjustment and im still having issues. I have a high arch and was suffering with plantar facsimile and this was nooot for me. I really wanted them to work because they were so comfortable. 😮💨

Perfect replacement insoles!
These give great arch support while still being flexible and cushioning. They don’t change the way my shoes move. I needed to replace the insoles on my new running shoes- they had no arch support. I tried other insoles but they were too stiff, and made the back of my shoes slide off. These feel like they were designed for my shoes. They have marks on the sole, for each size, so they can be easily trimmed to fit. I cut one size larger, to make sure they reached all the way to my toes and also fit against the very back of the heel. I am going to buy more, for all my shoes.

Las compré para reemplazar las plantillas originales de unos tenis sketchers, ya que estas estaban muy dañadas por el uso diario que le doy.Al inicio se sentía extraño usarlas ya que en la parte del arco viene un poco “duro” por así decirlo, ya que segun el empaque esto es para amortiguar el impacto, al cabo de una media hora me acostumbre y ya no se sentia incómodo.El uso que yo les doy es para caminar ya que los tenis en los que los coloqué son exclusivamente para cuando saco a pasear a mi mascota, ya que los uso todo los dias. Mi pies se sienten relajados con estas plantillas.

They’re fine for running but just be aware that the largest size (the size it is without cutting it) is not a 9. It is a full size smaller than the insoles that came with my size 9 running shoes so my toes hang off the edge, which is not ideal.

Doesn’t fit comfortably in trainers. It elevates too high inside the trainer, so it doesn’t help with long distance running.
