Great supplement, no cramps or jitters.
It’s only been a week of consistent use, but I can confidently say they are affective. I notice decrease in appetite and have not had the urge to snack since taking this supplement. The not snacking part is very important. I eat once early in the morning, around 6 or 7 am. I am able to hold my fast comfortably for the next 11 or 12 hours. My sugar cravings have all but went away. I don’t get that crash that happens with straight up caffeine pills, either. My only con is that I am much more gassy now on this supplement. No stomach cramping per say, but my gas is fairly atrocious now lol. I believe I am also more regular as far as BMs go. And perhaps they are more… uh stinky now too. But I feel it’s a fair trade off to controlling my out of control cravings I used to have. But yes that’s the one point knocked off, the gas is kind of wild lol. All in all I recommend. Go to the gym while taking this supplement. It is not ozempic, you will need to do something in conjunction for your weight loss goals, but it is possible. I am already down 2 lbs. Buy now!
