It hits the spot. Actually, it hits all my spots.
This electric heating pad came to my rescue after a long day of working to add a built-in shelving unit to the room I use as my home office. A small remodeling project that involved a fair amount of effort and heavy lifting, and my lower back didn’t entirely approve. Fortunately, that was the same day this Jisejima heating pad arrived, so I put IT to work. The pad delivered warm soothing heat exactly where I needed it. I give the pad and ibuprofen equal credit for relieving my pain.The pad is soft and plush, and its adjustable straps include long, two-inch-wide velcro strips that held it snugly in place like a strong, comfy belt. Then I used the controller to rev up the pad to its maximum temp of 158 degrees and set the timer to an hour. It was an hour of bliss, so I added another hour. Using the digital controller is a no-brainer. I honestly forgot the heating pad came with a little user manual because I didn’t need it to figure out how the pad works.This heating pad is designed for convenience in other ways besides accommodating various body parts and body types. The 10-foot cord means I’m not tethered to an electrical outlet. The auto shut-off proved itself reliable. The hand warmer pocket is a nice touch (literally). And I appreciate the fact that this pad is machine-washable since I expect to be using it regularly. As it happens, the day after my adventure with the office project, I spent 6 hours in my back yard re-doing a planting bed and distributing a half yard of wood chips over it. No surprise that my body complained again. Also no surprise that I plugged the heating pad in and let it wrap me in heat again. As fall morphs into winter, I may very well exploit this heating pad just to feel cozy, even on days when I’m not feeling any pain. For the record, I’ve ordered several other Jisejima products on Amazon and they’ve all impressed me so far. Another 5-star review.

Not portable!
This one’s on me, I didn’t read the description clearly enough. But I got this thinking it had a rechargeable battery and I could wear it around the house or at work when my back is acting up, and you can’t – you have to be plugged into the wall.That caveat aside, it’s really nice; it can be worn in several different ways depending on where the pain is, and being able to wrap it around you is great. It even works on my fat gut! It’s comfortable and easier to target the side, and also good when I’m lounging in bed reading (I wouldn’t try wearing it while sleeping, but regular heating pads don’t work well when you’re shifting positions a lot).I may have gotten it for free via Vine, but I’d say it’s well worth the price if you’re looking for a heating pad.

Good to have on hand
This heating pad has been so nice to have for soothing period cramps, mild back aches, and even just providing some warmth on cold nights while watching a movie. Love the hand warmer pocket and the pad heats up fairly quickly. The cord is long enough that it gives you some range to move around, but it can get in the way a bit depending on which way you wear the pad because it only plugs into one side. The Velcro is also very strong so you have to be careful to not snag it on your clothes when opening and closing the belt. Overall really glad to have gotten this and I think it will continue to see a lot of use.

This is a good heating pad
This is a good heating pad. I like it a lot for my stomach and my lower back, even for my knees. I don’t think it’s good for use on the neck or upper back area – it just doesn’t seem to lay right enough to get those areas properly. It’s easy to use – the remote is simple with different heat and timer settings. It’s a great size, the little added pocket in the front is actually pretty nice because you can warm your hands in there too. The cord is the perfect length. Overall, I think this is a really good buy and that’s coming from a person who has a lot of different heating pads for different things.

A great must have for life
This product is fantastic. It heats up well although it would be nice if it stayed on for longer as well as it would be nice to be slightly hotter. The Velcro is nice to have to secure it around yourself. The pocket is somewhat nice to have but less useful than I originally thought.
