Well…..the product itself is pretty decent for the average user. For those with severe chronic pain who are basically attached to an ice pack(or 3) basically all the time then this probably isn’t what you’re looking for as it doesn’t stay cold for long. The dimensions are also pretty decent but it’s slightly off balance on most other things people with chronic psin typically need…..like the plush side took away too much of the deep cold I need, the other side was initially too cold but warmed quickly against my skin and created a lot of moisture on my skin&the plush material. This was uncomfortable at best, then the gel wouldn’t stay put….had to flip it every few minutes as the minimal amount of gel in the pack in my opinion was about half the amount it acrually needs to provide a truly beneficial experience. The gel pooled at lowest end/area within a few minutes so definitely not great for upright positions or on the move.I did not receive a “storage” bag as indicated, hell it wasn’t even in a box, I was blown away to see it on my porch basically in a ziplock bag with the uncovered side out. To no surprise I discovered a couple pin holes once gel warmed and left a little bit of goop in my hair and on my shirt. UGH…..was a rough experience LOLBUT AGAIN….for the average occasional user this would work just fine and I believe they would be very satisfied, especially if they get it in a box or at least the storage bag to protect it.Unfortunately….I will be returning

Retains flexibility and stays frozen for a long time.
This has been a lifesaver. Freezes fast and retains flexibility so you can easily wrap a knee or lay your back on it comfortably. It’s been frozen and thawed many times and no leaks.

Picture is deceiving and is much bigger than provided dimensions. Be sure to use a tape measure to see actual provided size on a surface. A good size to cover knee but needed it for back. The quality is good and stays cold even when not put in freezer.

I dont do reviews. But I felt the need after using this ice pack for awhile that it deserves the praise its due. Knee injury had me looking for relief and after looking at MANY items decided on this one. Im a big guy(270lbs) and this will almost completely wrap my knee up. And it stays cold for a LONG time. Its nice that it has the felt lined and unlined sides. If you want real cold, go unlined. Now after having surgery on said knee, they sent me one of those ice machine cooling sleeves and I use the ice pack instead. Much colder and lasts longer. Buy two so you can rotate them out.
