Very effective. They taste great too. Very nice consistency and flavor. I like that they also have vitamins in them too. Best price too it’s a good value for the money. The only thing is you have to eat 4 gummies as an adult. I do wish the dosage was less and the product was a bit stronger. But other than that these are really quite delicious. Great texture and flavor. I almost want to eat these as a snack they’re that good. Way easier than the powdered ones.Five stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m the type of person who does not like artificial sweeteners because of the aftertaste.Most of the times with gummy vitamins that’s what I get..These don’t have that problem and they taste great. The only issue is that they all stick together so you have to dig them out.

One big mass of gummy
This product is one big clump gummies. You can’t separate them without tearing them in pieces, especially when you get further down in the jar. These need to be formulated differently so they don’t stick together.
