Affordable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Portable
Amazing product! Simple to use instructions. I love that the manufacturer provides a contact link for the consumer along with the fold up insert that has pictures to guide the user. Very affordable! As I have Plantars fascitis in both feet, I am definitely going to purchase a second one so that I can stretch them at the same time. I have tried using a yoga strap and my physical therapist suggested that an at home solution could be to use a belt to help with stretches. However, I found that both methods were awkward and ineffective as you cannot get the stretch throughout the entire foot and the strap/ belt constantly slip out of place. This is a brilliant way to keep the foot secured and stretch as deep as you need or like, due to the many handles along the strap. On bad days, I can grab a different loop with each hand and slowly rotate my foot, applying different levels of pressure depending upon which loop I’m using for resistance. Absolutely worth the investment! I’m so grateful for the relief it provides and for this products price range! Trying to purchase the right shoes, or supportive socks, or foot wraps to assist with alleviating the pain has been a constant, costly battle of trial and (mostly) error. This easy to use product comes with its own bag for storage and portability that discretely travels well. It definitely delivers on it promise to help with relieving symptoms for Plantars fascitis, as well as eliminates the frustration of paying too much for something that’s complicated to use and leaves you feeling upset or disappointed. I’m beyond happy and so grateful!

Works for me.
I am recovering from foot surgery and wearing a boot for two months. This works for me it helps to stretch my calf and work my stiff toes. Very sturdy and fits in my bag. In therapy they use a towel method for stretch, showed this to my therapist he was interested enough to show it to others.

Great strechn item. I had severe issue after walking or standing for a short period of time due to my very weak Achilles. This caused severe pain in my heals and my calfs. My achilles is not noticeable at all like normal people have. It is so small, that area is dented inward. I am 42yrs old female, 5’2 with size 6.5 women shoe. I don’t bend my feet well enough when walkn and standn so I probably caused these issues for myself. But good news is that it doesn’t hv to be permanent issues. I am a witness to that. I hope to strengthen my Achilles and to never have this issues again. Pain in feet just limits our lives and is very depressing. (Look at the pic)I did some research on what I could do to help myself and I bought this item to assist in the strechn part. I have stretched with strech bands prior to receiving this item but the strech bands tend to slip a lot for me. Which is very frustrating. But this item there is total control in the stretch of the foot and that is why I really like it. It does the job.I am suppppppper happy to say that I have eliminated the pain I was having for years if not a decade by just strechn my foot with this item. Sooo grateful. I will continue to stretch before bed time and upon waking up daily to make my life easier for once.The quality of this item is good and it comes with a small black storing bag. The various loops on the item is soooo helpful to get tighter controlled streches. Its very easy to strap on. Just two velcro straps. Definitely recommend this item for anyone who wants to get good controlled streches for their feet. I hope this review will help u decide to buy it. Its a good one. (Look at the pic)

This product is priced a bit high for what it is. The materials used do not instill confidence, and definitely feel a little flimsy.Price to value ratio aside, my biggest gripe with this product is the way the strap is attached to the boot portion.The strap is too narrow, so much so that when you pull back to stretch, it puts a ton of pressure on 1-2 toes rather than stretching your whole forefoot. If the part of the boot around your toes were a bit more substantial and rigid, or if the strap were wider to pull the entire forefoot back, I think the product would be much more helpful in accomplishing its stated function.
