Useful hot/cold packs
These gel ice packs have been a life saver in my house. I like that you can use them both hot or cold, just throw them in the freezer or microwave depending on what you need. The size is perfect, not too bulky, and they stay flexible even when frozen so it actually molds around your knee or shoulder. The straps make it easy to keep them in place, which is way nicer then just holding an ice pack and trying not to move.We’ve already used them for a bunch of stuff. I’ve wrapped one around around my shoulders after workouts as it helps alot with soreness. My wife used it heated for cramps and it honestly worked better then the little disposable heat pads.The fact that it comes with multiples in the set is great! We can keep some in the freezer and still have one ready to heat up. Durable, easy, and just plain handy to have around.

Helps me beat the pain
These have been a blessing following spine fusion. I have used them to reduce pain meds. Bought two sets so I have four ice packs to swap and do 20 on 20 off as needed. Beats narcotics!Only reason for 4 instead of five is I wear out the Velcro with heavy usage.

Ice pack
The hook and loop fastener that holds the ice pack in is loose or half sown. Outside of that, I really liked the pack. It has a comfortable strap that fits snugly around me to hole the pack on my shoulder or back. The ice packs stay cold for a good while and having two in convenient. I wish the workmanship was better, but it still functions partially.

good ice pack, but can be difficult to position.
Decent sized ice pack wrapped. It’s still pretty cold after 15 minutes. It’s not particularly flexible. I’m wearing it on my knee and it didn’t really want to bend and conform. Also the strap isn’t particularly comfortable in the kneebend if placed there. When repositioning to account for this, the ice pack casing slid out of the strap which lead me to notice that they aren’t one piece.Still, when positioned correctly, it does its job well enough.
