    Excellent product
    I looked at several daily wellness log books before I chose this one from Greenleaf Press. This one has the best basic layout and all of the right categories for me. I like that there are fields for “other” and ” notes” to fill in any other daily data that I need to track. In addition, this is helping me get perspective on doing better with my daily exercise and diet. Seeing my daily habits written down helps me see where there is room for improvement. Thank you Greenleaf Press.

    Just what I needed!
    I am very happy with this purchase. I like that it’s the size of a workbook and not of a small journal. It’s simple to use and it fit my budget. It is exactly what I was looking for. I was also very please to see it come a week early! It arrived on New Year’s Eve… just in time to start using it in the new year!

    BEST I’VE EVER SEEN!
    This journal is fantastic! So many have great elements but not all that I would want. This one has more than I’ll actually use, but certainly everything I need, plus its easy to navigate, attractive to view and wonderful to have all my info in one place! Love, love, love it!!!

    Very nice
    This is a nice and detailed wellness journal. It is a bit bigger than I would have liked and it is missing a few stats that I just add in the note section. But otherwise it is very nice quality and well thought out.

    Nice book
    This is a nice book and has a good layout and relevant categories. I do wish there was a place for documenting blood sugar or other vitals as well as meditation practice or other self improvement habit. Overall, it’s a good health journal.
