It works quickly!
Wow, amazingI I have neuropathy in my hands and feet. And this roller/massager really affects the nerves! I use it on my hands to! It does calm and soothe the intensity of the inflammation. It is therapeutic in a way that nothing else has been!The quality, fit and finish is outstanding to! I keep it under my coffee table and use it effortlessly while watching tv. What a great product indeed!I want to add an update. While using this roller tonight, I tried sliding my feet left to right across the rollers instead of rolling forward and back as usual. Wow, what a different sensation! It actually helped a lot differently and noticed an increase in nerve sensitivity. To be clear, I used it normally and after a while I switched from rolling forward and back to sliding from side to side. The effects increased and seem to be longer lasting for me! Amazing!I have another update and wow! I’m a Chaplain and serve as a volunteer Grief Share co leader at our local church. I study things that help bring comfort to grieving people. So it was an amazing surprise to find that this wonderful product actually stimulates soothing Havening (look it up) nerve impulses! Enjoy!

Came broken and with rollers loose. Barely got to use it since it fell apart and was not able to fix it. It’s not sturdy enough to put your feet on. If were built stronger with screws this item might have lasted and worked well.

UPDATE: It did start to squeak a tiny bit on two of the rollers – sprayed a small amount of WD40 behind rollers concerned, allowed to soak in & then wiped away small amount of excess. Not had anymore problems since.I wasn’t 100% sure about buying this after reading all the reviews, but am so glad I did.Nicely packaged & would be suitable as a gift. The wood & construction appear to be good quality, & it does NOT squeak (if it starts to squeak will try WD40 as suggested by the merchant) & there are no odours.It does not slip when in use if it is stood on a mat or carpet.The enclosed map of reflexology points is helpful.It is instinctive to use & really helps to relieve my foot neuropathy.One reviewer said it was painful to use, but you adjust the foot pressure to suit your pain threshold. It can also be used whilst wearing socks.100% recommended.
