Love the weights but would not order anything thru Spreetail again. They were thrown loosely in a large box which FedEx deemed undeliverable, very heavy. After about 10 days of calling FedEx we had to drive 35 minutes each way to pick them up. Seller could have done much better job packing and shipping.

Home Gym Dumbbell Experience
Strength Training with DumbbellsI use these dumbbells as part of my strength training routine in my home gym. Their feel and slip resistance make them enjoyable to use, and I appreciate having access to varying weights, which adds versatility to my workouts.Shipping Issues and Customer ServiceUnfortunately, the rack did not arrive with the dumbbells, and four of the weights were gouged during shipping. Despite this setback, the customer service team responded by refunding part of the cost, since they were unable to ship the rack separately.Overall SatisfactionAlthough I am disappointed by the gouges on some of the dumbbells, I am very pleased with the weights themselves and use them frequently.

I ordered the set with weights up to 20 lbs. I only received the 20 lb weights and nothing else. Luckily I got a refund and placed another order, hopefully I get the entire order this time.

Outstanding Customer Service
I can’ t speak highly enough about this company. The project is outstanding – we use it just about every day. I saw some past comments about the stand – they obviously corrected those – we have no issues (solid). There was a slight issues with delivery however their promptness in correcting the issue was over the top outstanding. I highly recommend the product and company. Thanks.

Great Set
This is a great set of dumbbells. I was looking for the weights in this set and I wanted a nice rack to keep them off the floor. So far they feel solid and accurate and are working as expected. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 – The (2) 20 pound dumbbells shipped separate, which was fine…but everything else was in 1 box! That’s 106 pounds plus the rack and packaging. The delivery guy struggled and almost dropped it, and then I had to move it from my front door step. How much more could it cost them to ship it in 3 boxes or redistribute it into 2 boxes under 100 pounds? So lucky the box didn’t drop and the contents get lost or wrecked.Otherwise it is a great set!

Difficult shipping process
The weights work well. I just had to give it an average review due to the shipping process. They took longer than expected and there was no communication about the tracking. Therefore it was nerve wracking that it was a scam and I was ready to get a refund. Overall, the product is fine and the stand works well.
