IT’S GOOD FOR SO MANY THINGS
I take apple cider vinegar for so many reasons. I hate the taste of it from the bottle, so when I came across the gummies, I gave them a try. They taste good & I’m still getting the benefit of the vinegar. If you can’t tolerate the taste of the vinegar, give the gummies a try. Apple cider vinegar is good for so many things, I love it! My hair & nails grow like crazy just to mention a couple of things I’ve noticed since taking it. I can’t promise it will do the same for everyone, but give it a try!

Old version was basically candy, new version has less sugar, but not very tasty IMHO.
Old version was high-sugar candy. Very tasty though. New formulation isn’t something I care for at this point. Back to real ACV I guess.
