Flexible adjustable insole at a fair price, great for rejuvenating shoes too
I got these insoles primarily to replace some dying insoles in a pair of my walking shoes. The extra support and absorption is a bonus, although I expect most buyers will be looking for that as the primary feature. I’m probably going to get another pair in the 3XL for my typical walkers (I have a pair of 11.5s that still fit, and these only left a tiny bit of room at the toe in those shoes from a year or two of shoe wear. They’re currently $27 ($30 before 10% coupon, with some other promos shown), so it’s a fair price for a high quality insole. And with my partner wanting me to start running with her, I may need more than one pair.

Great insole at a great price
I highly recommend these insoles. I was impressed with how well they fit into my shoes right out of the box—no trimming or adjustments were needed. They provide excellent comfort, making a noticeable difference during long periods of walking. If you’re looking for a simple and effective way to upgrade the comfort of your footwear, these are a great choice. The price is also much more reasonable than the insoles I usually order.

Comfy
I purchased these insoles to provide extra support and cushioning for my daily life and workouts, and they have exceeded my expectations. The insoles are lightweight and fit perfectly in my running shoes without causing any discomfort. These insoles offer good arch support, which is why I got them and I’m happy I did. All in all These insoles are a great addition for anyone looking to improve comfort and support during physical activities. They offer excellent value for the price and have made a noticeable difference in my performance and comfort levels.

Work well
These welnove insoles feel very firm and supportive, and they hold up well for a heavier weight person. They’ve got a much better arch support for high arches than the copper fit insoles we had already. The bottom is a sturdier material that feels like it will hold up well over time. They’re pricier than low end insoles, but they’re also better quality so I feel like it balances out.

Effective insoles for two different classes of shoes
I actually tried these insoles in two different sets of shoes – a pair of Nike Vapor Courts and a pair of Weatherproof casuals (loafers). The former are good for outdoor, hard surface activities – such as a pickup game of basketball, and great for a competitive set of tennis. The latter are excellent for daily walking or light hiking. It both cases I was eager to try these insole to see if they could give some added foot support and protection. These Welnove insoles are promoted as “plantar fasciitis” solutions in enhancing arch support, which I think is definitely needed during high impact and high stress activities. However, I was also looking for something that could provide additional heel protection. This is because I often experience “tender heels” which will linger for days, or at times, weeks. Though mainly promoted for their arch support, Welnove does state that these insoles will help alleviate heel pain. Though I’ve only had these for a little over two weeks, I can say that with the Nikes they seem to provide very good arch support and surprisingly good heel protection. In particular it seems that the added support cushions the constant impact my heels experience during a few games of BB. For tennis the heel support is not as important as that for the arch support; at least for me. The only challenge was the break-in period – where the insoles adapt to my feet with use.Switching to the loafers was easy since the insoles were a little more compliant after a solid week inside the Nikes. Also, the demands of just walking in casuals is a relative breeze in comparison. I think I definitely felt the additional arch support that the insoles provided. Again, there was some modest discomfort during this new break-in period; due to the tighter fit when the insoles were first installed. This “compression discomfort” subsided with each additional day of use.In the end I’ve decided to return to using the insoles with the Nikes, for the added protection and safety. This move adds a small psychological element to my efforts and gives me a little more confidence on the courts. The “break-in periods” are not an issue. Continued use will provide more comfort. Five stars. And as I always do, I will revisit my review and mention any issues should they arise.

This review is for the Running Sport Insoles for Men Women – Welnove Shock Absorption and Cushioning Shoe Insert for Active Lifestyle – Planter Facetious Support Inserts,Heel Spur Relief – XLI selected these, and after a week and almost sixty miles I can confirm that they are very comfortable with noticeable shock absorption for under the heel. I also found the additional material under that goes under my big toe helpful for fast paced activity. Compared to some other insoles I have used from the same brand, these are a little less firm in the arch support, but it is sufficient for the shape of my feet.I think that the reason there are so many different styles and types of insoles is that there are lots of different foot shapes, and feet conditions to accommodate. For me these have helped me return to consistent quick times over 8 mile distances and I don’t have sore feet after.Priced at £19.99 at the time of this review I think they do offer good value.

“Welnove” Running Sport Insoles for Men and Women – Shock Absorption and Cushioning Shoe Insert for Active Lifestyle – Planter Fasciitis Support Inserts,Heel Spur Relief – 2XLSince no two feet are the same (even on the same person), making insoles has to be a generalisation. An insole to cover as many features and foot ailments as possible. My remarks here are based purely on the reaction of my feet to these insoles.I have tried Welnove insoles before and found them well made and generally comfortable. These are no exceptionThese are “performance” insoles for active sports and whilst I am not a runner or a basketball player, comments like “support, cushion and comfort” attract many people like a bee to a flower.I have a neuroma in my left foot (a trapped nerve) and have to add a metatarsal pad to the left insole to give it a fair test.I found these well made and a good fit. The heel area shaped and rigid and the rigid section extends to roughly half way along the insole. The instep is shaped but not as high as some and as a result more comfortable. The mid section is part rigid (from the heel area support) and transitions into the front half which is flexible. The insole is roughly 5mm thick which gives it a little added comfort. On the whole, I like these. They are not perfect for me but having tried over 30 different types, each with their inflated claims, they are OK and worth working with. So better than many but not perfect. My earlier comment that insoles have to be “general” means that what suits one person does not suit another. It is a very personal view and no words should entice or deter, you have to try them to see if your feet will like them.4 STAR

I got these Welnove insoles recently, and they’ve been a game-changer for my daily runs. They fit snugly into my trainers without any trimming needed, which was a pleasant surprise. The cushioning is just right, not too soft, not too firm, and they provide solid arch support that helps keep my feet comfortable during long jogs. One thing I noticed is that they help reduce the impact on my knees and ankles, especially when I’m running on harder surfaces. The shock absorption seems to be doing its job well, and I don’t feel as much fatigue in my legs after a run. They also stay in place nicely, so I don’t have to adjust them mid-run.Overall, I’m really pleased with these insoles. They’ve made a noticeable difference in my comfort levels during exercise, and I feel like I can go longer without discomfort. If you’re looking for a reliable insole to support your active lifestyle, these are definitely worth considering.

These fit perfectly in my size 12 trainers without any need to trim (size: 2XL).I like this type of insole, the material is a squidgy – almost gel-like material rather than foam. These last for months (if not longer!) and don’t flatten over time. These provide a nice contour and feel very supportive, they absorb force too which is why I have them. I have a bad hip and a bad knee, and insoles like these minimise ‘shock’ when I walk.Bizarrely, these look kinda cool too, however I like to put them underneath the shoes’ original insole so I can’t see them now they are inserted. So, in a nutshell: these are more expensive than cheapo foam inserts, but they are also much better – these will last for months and don’t fall apart which means you can switch them between shoes if you wish, quite easily. They absorb shock and provide support – these are a definite shoe upgrade.

I have always had a problem with my right foot. As a child it would manifest as the heel of my right shoe wearing down at an alarming rate. It drove my mother mad, who found herself having to find the money to buy me yet another pair of shoes that she could ill afford. That particular issue gradually improved but was due to over pronation and I still suffer from that to this day. Now it manifests as discomfort, leading to pain, in the ankle and knee if I do anything more than just amble along. However I have a home gym, which I use most days, and just brisk walking on my treadmill will cause issues unless I wear a good insole with high and firm instep support.I am on a quest to find my perfect insole, my Golden Unicorn! I do have some which allow over an hour on my treadmill but none that keep me totally discomfort free. These insoles are billed as being suitable for running. That is more than I want to do. The listing also mentions jogging, walking and gym work. One of the photos suggests that you will be able to jump much higher when wearing these! A bold claim indeed. When I had the insoles in hand I was quite skeptical about their suitability for my needs. The instep didn’t seem as pronounced as I like. Once in the shoes they did feel comfortable but there was no indication that these were going to be the perfect insole for me. The support felt insipid. As always though the real test would be a treadmill session. After 10 minutes I knew that these were not among the best that I have tried. They would be fine for day to day wear but not what I need in my sports shoes. I will qualify that by saying we are all different and, if you don’t need quite the aggressive support that I require, then these could be the insert for you. The only way to find out though is to try them.
