This is the best and most effective fiber supplement for our family. Metamucil Sugar Free is part of our daily bedtime routine. We’ve tried other supplements where a “deal” or availability tempts us to see if another option might be as good. After trying numerous generics and premium brands, we have found that nothing matches this product in terms of mixability, taste, or effectiveness. A+++

A great way to add some fiber to your diet. Make sure you mix well and drink semi-quickly to prevent clumping. I got the orange flavored one and like the taste. I will be adding this to my routine.

My digestive system used to run on the same schedule a Thameslink Train: unpredictable, grumpy, and often not turning up at all. Enter: Metamucil.I was skeptical at first. Powdered psyllium husk sounded like something you use to summon a Victorian ghost. But one scoop later — mixed into a glass of water that looked suspiciously like Tang — and my gut was activated. I mean, like NASA countdown levels of activation.T-minus 10 hours and I was on a smooth, gliding journey toward intestinal freedom. No rushing. No pushing. Just a dignified exit, as if my poop had attended etiquette school.Three days in and I was regular as a Swiss train. My colon started sending thank-you cards. I swear I heard it humming contentedly one morning. I now strut around like a person who knows their insides are working like a well-oiled fibre machine.Bonus: I can now confidently eat cheese without fearing that it will become a permanent resident.In conclusion: If your plumbing is more “backed-up beaver dam” than “free-flowing river,” Metamucil is your trusty beaver removal crew.
