Good value, easy fiber
This product works very well for me. It’s an easy way to add fiber to the diet. I’ve been wiping clean after using it. The flavor is good, not delicious as candy but it is very yummy. I like that it is sweetened with xylitol which is good for your teeth. The texture is chewy but not like gummy bears, more like a soft chew. I feel like my stools are more healthy thanks to the 5 grams of fiber, with only taking one serving per day. The size is good for the price.

These Metamucil orange fiber gummies are honestly way better than I expected. They come in a huge container (actually two!), and they taste so good it’s almost concerning. They’re smooth, not chalky at all, and you can chew them like they’re candy… which is probably a dangerous game when we’re talking about fiber, but here we are.No issues whatsoever — they work, they taste great, and there’s plenty in the container to last. Works wonders, but be prepared for gas
At first I was skeptical, but I needed something ASAP. I’ve been constipated for the past two weeks, not even stool softeners were working. After passing something the size of a football (ouch 😭😭😭), I caved in and got the gummies. Let me tell you, these work wonders! As soon as I started taking them, my constipation went away and I’ve returned to a normal bowel movement. I highly recommend them! Just be prepared because they will make you a little gassy at first, as your body starts to process the new fiber source.

I thought it was the classic Psyllium from Metamucil but in a gummy version, instead it is corn fiber. On me it doesn’t work at all, I had to rebuy the version that dissolves in water!

Instead of 120 individual gummies I got a single fused lump. I had to cut the container open to get it out, only to realise it’s not possible to pick off individual gummies anyway.Regrettably, I’d bought 2 of these. And the second one is no better than the first. I see that others have had the same problem, so at least I can be reassured it’s not a problem with delivery.This product has been faultless when I purchased it elsewhere.
