Very easy to take
This product is the same as the discontinued Naturemade. I have a problem swallowing and these gel caps are very easy to use. Since I take alot of Vitamins, I can’t say it is better than others. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to take a Gel Cap and you only need to take one a day. Alot of other brands are 2 pills a day. That would mean you would be needing refills every month.

I’ve used these for over three months now and I do believe that they are helping with my hair regrowth and my brittle nails. I have used conjunction with biotin. Does not give me an upset stomach when I take and I love the soft gel tablets.

Caution should be exercised if you are ordering for a smooth easy swallow. My wife requested these to ease her swallowing concerns when taking vitamins. These appear rather large. She is unable to swallow them smoothly. I feel as though it is not a fault of the product but it would have been nice to know the actual size prior to placing the order. The ingredients are very good and as stated it is no fault of the product.
