WELL-ABSORBED IRON: 65mg as Ferrous Bisglycinate has high bioavailabilty and better absorption than ferrous sulfate which is the least expensive and most common type of iron supplement. Iron bisglycinate is also associated with less stomach intolerance.

Gentle on the stomach and really effective!
I started taking this iron supplement last month, and it’s been such a game changer. My energy levels are up, I don’t feel as tired during the day, and it hasn’t caused any stomach discomfort — which is rare for iron supplements. I also love that it’s clean, vegan, and easy to swallow. Definitely one of the best iron supplements I’ve tried.

Best Iron I have ever tried ( from someone who suffers with anemia)
I usually read the comments/reviews before purchasing and this one did look promising. My ferritin levels were super low! My nails brittle , I was always tired and sleepy and my hair was falling out chunks! I ended up with liver and kidney issues( badly anemic) I bought these since the store tablets really are bad and don’t speed up bringing your Iron levels up. I started three times a week then slowly started to take 4 times a week. I feel so much energy going into two months , my lab work came back all back to normal! My hair is falling less and I have been exercising and running again ! The taste I don’t feel it at all! And they dont make me constipated either ( maybe because I take magnesium) this brand is great! Very happy with it

The bottle came in the expected size, however I wish they added more pills to fill up the bottle. From the reviews I knew it was gonna be a pretty good supplement and I can say Im pleased with the results. After about a week of taking these I felt more alive and could focus on chores around the house without feeling light headed and tired. I am very glad that it came fast and is good quality. Iron pills like these even help with brittle weak nails and breakage in hair, I personally didnt notice much of a difference in my hair but my nails feel more strong and break way less. I definitely recommend this product for my low iron girlies, it’s simple to take with some water in the morning.
