Defective!
The good part is it definitely helped alleviate my headaches and stiff neck. The not so good part is it crapped out after one week of use! The vibrating mechanism started dying out. At first I thought it may have been due to low battery, so I charged it to 100%. Turns out it wasn’t. Guess I got a defective unit.

This neck massager is lightweight, so I can use it in bed, on the sofa, or even take it with me when I travel. Since I got it, my neck pain has decreased significantly.
