Delicious and beneficial gummies that have a short life span in the gut to kick in less than 20 hours of consuming. It doesnt suppressed hunger to me unfortunately, but it surely does help relieve you incase your constipated. Its very easy to consume and effectiveness and occur in several hours to overnight. The sugar content taste absolutely like your biting into a sweet red apple. I gave 3 gummies to my 8 year old and it, took way less time in under 8 hours for him to go because of his body size and weight. Veey cost effective and would definitely recommend over any liquid or capsules.

I really could not imagine a vinegar gummie! But having heard many times the digestive and other potential health virtues of apple cider vinegar (with the “mother,” which contains the “good stuff” produced in fermenation), I had to try these. And by golly they taste very good — rather like cider, not like vinegar. The taste is probably enhanced by the addition of a tiny bit of pomegranate and beet juices.Three of the apple-shaped gummies constitute a daily dose of 1000 mg of unrefined vinegar, plus small doses of vitamins B6, B12, folate and iodine. As is typical with supplements in gummie form, all the doses are low. But if you’ve wanted to take apple cider vinegar but couldn’t stomach the taste (or the stringy, blobby mother), these are a pleasant alternative.
