Fit perfectly in my sneakers and relieved my plantar fasciitis
After walking too many miles in sneakers with little arch support, I started experiencing high arch pain. Based on many videos, I self diagnosed myself with Plantar Fasciitis and decided to try this pair of insoles. I’m a 9.5 sneaker and these medium insoles fit perfectly, without having to trim or pull out the existing (rather flat) insoles. The insoles are snug and don’t shift at all. I was afraid that the insoles would be too thick, but loosening the laces did the trick. I walked a few miles with the insoles and the arch support feels great with a lot more cushioning in the heel and forefoot. This is only the first trial, but I feel fairly confident that these insoles have saved my feet from further pain and my sneakers from the scrap heap. I was also very satisfied with the quality of the insoles, for the price – it’s a great value!

Very comfortable and got my pep back in my step. Loving them. I will be buying more to put in the rest of my shoes and boots. Perfect to size also, And they do stay in place. Easy to put in. They are perfect thickness and firmness. the pain in my back seem to be fadingaway. .

Good but wear down fast
These insoles were great for the first month of purchasing. They were comfortable and easy to fit to my shoes. They relieved pain pretty good but don’t really have an arch support. I was hoping for them to be a little more thick but that wasn’t much of a problem. After about a month, they were wearing down enough for me to have to replace. That could just be due to my walking style.

BEST INSOLES YOU WILL EVER BUY 100%!!!
BUY!I’ve spent over $80 last 2 months on insoles hoping hoping for back pain relief. It was not until wore these it finally happened. I had back surgery (L-5,S1) in 2019 and almost a year of recovery and also have flat with high arches so finding insoles has been beyond challenging and disappointing.The past year pain returned and recently found myself ending each day holding back tears and attached to ice packs—until the FIRST DAY wore THESE INSOLES.If you’re someone who is on your feet for a living or lives for the outdoors (gardening, farming, hiking), these are a must have. My only regret is not finding these last year. BUY BUY BUY!!!

Awful smell but decent
Pretty comfortable when wearing. A little narrow so if you have a really wide foot I wouldn’t recommend. Big downside to them, was they absolutely smelled horrible out of the package. They literally smelt like walking into a petting zoo. It was wierd.

Really seemed to help my wife out and the price was really good.
I got these for my wife who was sure she had Plantar Fasciitis and she has been using them for about a month. She seems to have significantly less foot pain since we got them. They slipped right in easily and provide good arch support and pain relief.
