As a programmer who sits in an office for 8 hours a day, my back is always unconsciously hunched over. I had bought two similar posture correctors before, but gave up because they were too stringy or stuffy, as this one is different! The first three days I started wearing it, I did feel a bit uncomfortable, and felt like my shoulders were being pulled gently back, but luckily I got used to it by the fourth day. My favorite is that it’s totally invisible and no one notices when I wear it to work, and it breathes pretty well, so I don’t get stuffy and sweaty in the hot weather. After three weeks of using it, my wife says my whole body looks much more upright. It’s suggested to wear it for 30 minutes a day at first to slowly get used to it, and now I’ve naturally developed the habit of maintaining good posture even when I’m not wearing it. It is really helpful to me.
