Recumbent home bike is a winner for Physical therapy and joint rehab!
I’ve had the bike for 4 days and it is great for helping in my knee replacement PT/rehab to increase my range of motion! It is noiseless and was easy to assemble although it took me about an hour and one half to put together–but stress free!Very sturdy and the pedaling mechanism is top notch! Contacted their customer service and they are sending me the free bike seat cushion as well! All in all, a great bike at a great value for the quality — Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great recumbent bike at a great price point!

Excellent home bike for a great price
Firstly the delivery was quick and faster than expected. I love the bike so far, ordered it as I was looking for a convenient home exercise option as I have knee and back issues. This bike offers a comfortable back support vs an upright excercise bike. Love that it has several tension adjustments, has a screen that provides real-time data, like speed, calories, heart rate and more. I’m 6’1 200lbs and the bike is sturdy and seat adjusts well for my height. Very quiet, I use it all different hours and my family can’t hear any noise. Was easy and quick to assemble, light weight and very easy to move locations.Very happy with my purchase!

    Great Workout
This is my first exercise bike. I looked up the ratings and it was Rated #2 in top 100 of Exercise bikes. My nephew, which is a Physical Therapist, suggested thie bicycle. The rating and recommendation was all I needed to be sure this was the bike for me.Assembly was easy. It’s quieter than I expected so you could watch TV or talk to someone while using it.It takes up little space and is a good price for the workout you get. It is more comfortable than I expected. It is well built and is a great way to exercise with the colder weather coming.I gave up running years ago when I was followed by men in a car, making me feel very uncomfortable. Nothing is safer than exercising in your own home. You can workout at your own pace and can change the tension to make it more difficult.Great product and Customer support.

Fantastic for young and older riders. Great Value. Highly recommend it.
Got a great bike for my older father (84yo) who has been having recent issues with arthritis in his left ankle and right knee. He loves it and started slowly and has been steadily working his way up to longer daily rides. The build quality is excellent. It’s solid, very study, and easy to get on. He feels very safe and not at risk of falling off like a traditional upright exercise bike and we both find the recumbent position comfortable. It’s nice also that the bike has handle/grab bars along the seating area as well as toward the front. The front ones are great when getting up after a ride, particularly. The bike is pretty compact for the size and fits very well in a variety of spaces. Its also very easy to move as you can use the handle in the back to lift it up which allows it to roll on the front wheels. The pedals are nice with smooth pedaling and the resistance adjuster provides plenty of options to vary up your ride. The side handles also have pulse reading capability that shows pulse on the display. The display is basic but easy to use and works great. It is battery powered and takes 3 AAA batteries. It’s attached and sturdy but the battery area in the back is easy to access so changing out batteries over time, when needed, will be easy. The box is well packed and quite heavy but has picture instructions on the top about how best to open and unload the frame and parts. Everything needed to assemble it was in the box and nothing was missing! There are written instructions, some specific tags on certain areas with extra details, and also QR codes if you want to use them for even more instructions and video.I’ve been in touch with the company regarding product registration and a few other things and am delighted with their quick and courteous responsiveness via email.Bottom line, GREAT value on a quality product that can help meet health/exercise needs of all the family (except the little ones).

Could be better, not quit engineer to ergonomics
Not not difficult to assembly.Generally works fine but with some short falls that you might want to consider:1.Works fine for medium build body, not so for small or larger frame. It won’t work for person with shorter than 5’3″ as the seating can’t move forward enough to make the leg reaching correctly. And for person with 6′ frame watch out the list 3 below.2.Hard on the back until added back support using the lumbar support from an old chair.3.The pulse monitor is fixed distance and posture that can force wrong posture for arm and hand, it should have adjustment and have the monitor on the tilt up rather the current flat location. The shoulders and arms are very stressed after half hour workout holding the pulses monitor.
