What if I can’t start the controller?
When using the mask, ensure the controller is only connected to the mask itself, not to the charging cable at the same time. If you connect both the mask and charging cable simultaneously, the mask won’t be on work.
Why does M3 mode only have 3 lights on
The M3 setting uses 850nm near-infrared light, which is invisible to the human eye. Although the LED beads don’t visibly light up, they are still functioning normally.
How do I charge the mask?
Disconnect the controller with the mask body and connect cable directly to the mask. About two hours to fully charge.

Quality light therapy mask that works great!
This light therapy mask works great, provided you use it on a regular basis. It is not a miracle cure. Persistence is key. That being said, this mask works so well that this is the second one I have bought. I got the black one a year ago and gave it to one of my daughters to help with her rosacea. She loved it, and it really helped when she used it on a regular basis. Then another one of my daughters borrowed it for her severe adult acne and loves it so much, she hasn’t returned it. Thus, I have now bought the white one to give to my first daughter again.It is very lightweight and cordless/rechargeable. In fact, it will not work if it is plugged in (learned that the hard way). It is very flexible and comfortable to wear, and it has multiple modes for different light therapies. I like that it can be used when just relaxing, watching tv, reading, etc. It’s a very simple process and much easier and cheaper than going to the spa or using expensive face creams. Plus, it comes in a very nice package for storing or even gift giving.All in all, I feel that this is a great value and quality product that my family will be using for a long time.

Worked well. I do find the straps hard to figure out how to make it fit comfy. Light weight. Directions were gold type on black sheet and very small print. Even my kids found them hard to read

Great Skin Care Upgrade with KINGDO Mask
I bought the KINGDO LED Face Mask because my skin started feeling rough, and after checking out different masks, this one looked perfect. It’s really soft, easy to wear, and feels comfortable on my face. I use it almost every evening now because it’s so relaxing and my skin feels smoother and looks clearer after each session. It’s okay.
It works just fine but you have to charge it after every use. I have an old 5 year mask that has a longer “charge” life. This one is flexible for my arms so I decided to keep it but in the future I’ll spend a little more. PS: charging takes a while.
