I loved this red light mask. From the first weeks I noticed my skin softer, luminous and with less redness. It is very easy to use, comfortable and does not heat up too much. I also feel that it helps improve the texture and make the face look firmer. Excellent quality and perfect for a facial care routine at home. Totally recommended!

Came broken/instructions are lousy/Returned as quickly as I could
Don’t waste your money or your time. The product came broken with instructions obviously translated (badly)from another country. I looked for instructions thinking I was missing something with the assembly. The instructions go from page one (a picture of the product)to page 2 which reads at the top “III. Usage Method”. I’m sorry, but what happened with I and II???? I was able to figure out, after watching user videos, that there should be a clip at the top of the mask to hold the plastic strap. The clip was broken and there was no broken pieces in the box, which leads me to believe this was probably someone else’s return. It’s going back to the company as soon as the UPS store opens.

It as going great until I looked and a piece is missing. I believe it’s broke. I’m sure it’s not that big of a deal but I am missing the piece that holds the strap and it doesn’t even feel new

La máscara dejó de funcionar a sólo 2 meses de uso.. muy mala calidad, no la recomiendo
