Very handy item.
This is so helpful when dealing with pain. I can wear it as I move about or sit in a chair. It stays put. It keeps the cold without it sweating on furniture or clothes. It has a long enough belt to fit larger waists.

Great for slow back pain.
This is what I have been looking for. I was usually putting an ice pack down the back of my pants, not ideal. I could not seem th find one that stays cold very long. This is great the double gel packs hold cold for a long time and having a 2nd one is great as I use in and off all day. The gel pack belt holding it in place is so good, can fit multiples sized folks. I walked around and it stayed right where it needed to be. Helped relieve my pain. Well worth the price!

Expert Review for Revix
I have had more than my share of low back surgeries since 2007 with cages, screws, titanium plates, etc inserted by spine neurosurgeons over the course of the many surgeries. In April of 2023, without any warning, the pain came out of nowhere. It was angry and raging – 24/7. After so many injections that I have lost count, testing ordered and completed to the point that I actually glow from the radiation used, and another surgery in April of 2024 that added even more metal to the collection I already have, and enough doctor’s appointments for an entire Nursing home full of elderly residents, I am still having the same exact pain but it’s angrier and even MORE peaced off than when this all started over 2 years ago!!!! I am not closer to finding or correcting this nightmare that I live all day, every day! That being said, I have been through SO many ice/heat,/massaging packs that I can honestly say that I can give an expert review and opinion on this Revix ice pack for the low back and hip area.I give it 4 stars because:1. The wearable sleeve is top notch. It stretches to accommodate larger people, as well as the swelling that varies for me personally from day to day. I have yet to get a big wet spot on my pants from condensation when the pack slowly gets warmer and needs to go back in the freezer. The Velcro is heavy duty and stays put even with changing positions frequently. It is sewn to the stretchy belt very securely. The Velcro is also almost the width of the band and not just 2 tiny straps that are constantly coming loose.The wearable sleeve also is not so bulky like other packs that I have used so it isn’t as noticeable under loose clothing like other packs that I have.2. The box came with the wearable sleeve, not 1 but TWO ice pack! That in itself is awesome because you can use 1. When it needs to go back in the freezer, you don’t have to wait hours because there is a second pack ready to go. (Please remember that you should only use the ice pack for 20 minutes on and then at the very least, 20 minutes off before reapplication.) The box also came with a heavier zipper back to use when the packs are in the freezer so they stay clean – and you don’t have to wipe sticky popsicle juice off them like I have done at my house with other packs 🙃😉The ice pack itself has separate gel compartments. This feature is a new one that I haven’t seen in the past and I LOVE IT!!! Other ice packs get warm and, because they have e one big compartment holding the gel, all of the gel goes to the bottom of the pack. Wearing an ice pack like that makes me look like I have a load of – well, you know what I’m trying to say so, yeah, these ice packs don’t do that at all!!!The gel stays cold for an acceptable amount of time, even this summer when I was outside in 90 degree weather.My only suggestion is that maybe an ice pack could be made that lasts a bit longer – like the one that I have that has gel and what looks like “antifreeze” between the gel compartments.Overall, a solid purchase and a super value! Once I wear these ones out, I will DEFINITELY be buying these again!

I get lower back pain from playing hockey. Well, mostly it’s because I’m getting old. For years I have used smaller ice packs and just keep repositioning them around my back, until I happened to stumble across this ice pack. I have to say this thing is awesome. I’m a pretty average sized guy, and it’s actually pretty comfortable. I wouldn’t put it directly on skin, but over a t-shirt or a light sweater it works really well. Very happy with this!

This is a fantastic ice pack. I bought it specifically for a multiple level spinal fusion and now that I’m now 2 weeks post-op this is perfect. I can ice my back sitting, standing and lying down. I can use it while doing my 5min walking sessions and it’s so comfortable I forget it’s still on most times.I can’t say enough good things about it but I would recommend it over and over again too anyone. 5+ stars.
