The board that saved my calves
I got this slant board because my calves were constantly stiff and sore, and let me tell you, it’s been a game changer. I’ve been using it for just 5–10 minutes a day and already notice a difference. My legs feel looser, and weirdly enough, I even sleep better.I really like that it has different angles. Personally, I stick with the 20° setting (the lowest one) because it feels just right. The board itself is solid, like, I’m 240 lbs and it holds me no problem. Plus, it folds up so I can stash it away or take it along if I travel.Another cool bonus: it came with resistance bands and a little guide showing different ways to use both the board and the bands. That was unexpected, but super useful, especially since I use them for a bit of muscle work too.Overall, this thing is sturdy, practical, and surprisingly helpful.
