Great product, very versatile.
A nice addition to the back massager, with Shiatsu massage balls a better size (larger) than the foot massager that we previously purchased from another company. The remote control provides a delightful ease-of-use upgrade, and the ability to select from multiple massage modes and speeds is a nice touch, especially with the addition of heat. Finally, the ability to unzip the top and convert it to a lumbar (back) massager is wonderful.

The massage is wonderful, size is so tiny it’s honestly painful.
way too short. I am a female and wear a womans size 10. My toes are so scrunched up its painful. As far as the massage mode I love it, just wish it wasn’t painful. I was expecting plenty of room for my feet since it’s called a mens 13 but feels like a mens 7 or 8. I wish I could exchange it for a bigger size.

My Feet Does Not Want to Leave!!
I was wondering what should I put on the bottom area of my desk. I was thinking about a small rug just to have something soft, comfy, and warm to put my feet on and then thought of a massager came to mind! And when I tell you this foot massager is great- it is! You feel the heat! There’s enough space for me to move my feet so that I can feel the massage in different areas! As a dancer with flat feet, this is just self-care!!!! I now have motivation to sit at my desk instead of trying to work on my bed.Also, when I first opened it, I put my hands in it and it felt great on my hands too! There’s a remote.The manual actually said 2-in- 1 foot and Back massager, so I tried it on my back. It felt good as well!! But I see why they don’t market that bc the entire foot thing does not come off. But I love how there’s a separation between where you put the feet and the actual massager allowing it to be used in other ways.The only complaint is when I take my feet out they’re cold and want to go right back in the foot massager. I have literally been at my desk for hours just to keep my feet inside!

Plug got too hot and massager shut off
10 minutes into the massage the massager shut off and the plug was extremely hot. Sending it back 😭 sad faceSo far so good! I just got it yesterday and tried it out today. I wear a women’s size 12/13 shoe and I have larger ankles 😟 but they fit! I placed this massager under my desk and turn it on with the warming function and I’m in heaven. I have a sit/stand desk so in the morning I stand and work and the rest of the day I sit and get my feet massaged!Some things I’ve noticed: it can be quite loud. Not too loud but you can definitely hear the wheels turning, and there’s a weird high pitched sound. I attached a video. Otherwise it’s a great massager. Has 2 settings high and low. You can change the direction of the massaging. The remote comes in handy. It has a timer function but it’s not digital so I have no idea how long it goes for until it shuts off. There is a mute button on it as well, I thought it was to mute the noise from the massager but it’s not 🤣 great find and also would make a great gift!

Mostly happy feet!
I’ve had this and used this for about three weeks. Although my feet stay warm inside the unit, I can say the heat is a little underwhelming. I can say that the massage is great and very relaxing, I do wish the massaging unit would move from front to back so you could target different areas of the foot. Other than that the unit is pretty nice for the price!

Another great foot massager. It is large enough for #12 feet
This is my second foot massager from Snailax. The first one was great and my parents are using it everyday. This one also great and I will keep it to myself. First it is fluffier, really soft and comfortable. Second it is large enough for #12 feet and it is great for me.The rolls under the feet works as they should. They do a great job. The heating is also enough to keep the feet warm.I recommend this model to everyone.

Best thing i bought
Pros_____Really easy to setup, love the diffrent modes it cycles through, they say the noise is less if not equal to 40db, I think its a lot less. I can already feel relief, I started using it right away when i got home from work, i’d say 51 dollars after tax was a great value.cons____the only thing i have to sawy is that when i opened it , i didn’t know where the plug was, then i found it inside one of the feet

Strong and Effective Foot Massager, But a Bit Too Intense
The Snailax Shiatsu Foot Massager is definitely well-made and does exactly what it claims. The rotating massage nodes move both clockwise and counterclockwise, and the heat feature adds a nice touch for relaxing tired feet. However, the massage balls are quite firm and can feel a little painful on the bottom of my feet. It might be great for someone who enjoys a deep, intense massage, but for me it was a bit too strong. Overall, it’s a quality product. Just better suited for those who prefer a stronger pressure.
