When I first started wearing them, it felt odd. But honestly after a couple wears, I don’t even notice. And now my shoes that don’t have these inserts in them feel weird. They are comfortable and has helped with my knee pain on long hikes. They are easy to trim/shape to fit any shoe.

Great Insoles — Worked in My Kangaroo Leather Cleats, Best in Wider Shoes
I put these in my kangaroo leather soccer cleats (the Mizuno ones), and they actually worked fine in those. But they definitely won’t fit into a narrow cleat — they need a bit more room. They’re really best suited for wider cleats or running shoes, where they fit comfortably and the high arch support feels great.
