Good Value Tred Mill when Floor Space is Tight
This is a fine product, small by design and easy to use. It was value priced and delivered fast. I skipped the overly complicated app and simply used the device with its simple remote control.

    1 Year Review
I want to let people know how this treadmill is after a year of use (purchased 5 May 2024). See below for the reasons why I have recommended it to several of my friends and co-workers.Please note that I’ve only used it under my desk at work so I can’t speak to it’s durability for running; my typical pace is between 2.4 and 2.7.THE GOOD:- Setup is literally plug and play; no assembly required.- It truly is quiet (see the “Room for Improvement”). It can’t be heard when I’m on a Teams call. I have a private office, but I keep the door open and the other offices are very close to mine. Still, my co-workers don’t know that I’m walking if I’m out of their line of sight. However, I can’t easily overhear the conversations that my co-workers have if they are talking at normal volume and not in my specific direction (which is actually a benefit to me).- The width is perfect. I tend to swerve a lot while I’m walking so I was worried that I might walk off the side. That’s never happened and I’m grateful!- It just works…the durability is top notch. I walk continuously for 4 hours at a 2.4 to 2.7 pace and it’s never been a problem; there is no overheating. I do this 5 days a week! I’ve never even had to use the lubricating oil that comes with it.- Starting and stopping several times during a “session” is no problem. During my long walks, stopping and re-starting whenever I need to is smooth and easy. The slow-down is quick but natural and the speed-up is the same way.- Even better, I’ve never run into a glitch. It just works.- It’s easy to maneuver. When I’m not walking on it, I just slide it sideways under my desk. It’s low profile gives me the option to rest my feet on the side of it, or not.ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:- I’d like the option for a steeper incline. Currently, the steepest incline is noticeable, but not necessarily challenging.- Add a Pause feature on the remote control that picks up where you left off. As it is, the start/stop resets everything; duration & distance counter, speed, and calorie counter. This can be avoided if you use the app, but the app is clunky.- The PitPat app needs work. The user interface is geared more toward up-selling than function of the treadmill. In fact, today is the first day I’ve used the app and it’s solely for the benefit of this review.- The volume of the start-up and speed-adjustment beeps should be adjustable. This is the only part of the treadmill that is loud. When you turn the machine on, there is one, continuous, long-beep (about 3 seconds) that I always try to “shush”. When you press start, there is another 3 short-beep countdown before the treadmill starts moving that I always roll my eyes at. Finally, there is a short-beep every time you hit the + or – for speed control. It can be mitigated by holding down the button until you get to the desired speed, but it will still give you at least 1 beep when you first press it. Once you’re walking though, it’s very quiet (see “The Good”).

    Might Need an Extension Cord
I do really love this walking pad despite some of the negatives I’ll be mentioning below.Small Space: My room is a 10×10, I have a Full bed and a closet that goes into the room instead of into the wall (so there’s probably a 6×2 area that has to be taken from the 10×10). It fits perfectly between my bed and closet, as well as on the other side between the bed and wall. The downside is that the cord isn’t very long (shorter than the length of the walking pad / possibly the same length) and the outlets in my room don’t allow me to use it without facing a wall. I wanted to be able to watch TV while using it (which makes time fly by) so I set it in my Living Room instead. That means the Living Room has to not be in use by others in the household though, so I recommend buying an extension cord with a three prong outlet if you get this and want it to work in a specific place.Weight: This walking pad is a bit on the heavier side but not impossible. It has wheels in the front, but I usually just carry it when I need to move it, which is a bit difficult but not something you have to do often once you have a good spot for it. You might have some issues getting the box into your house (the plastic cords holding the box closed were completely taped down so it was hard to get a grip on the box-normally I’d use them as handles). Dragging the box was a bit difficult due to the weight. The box shows to use a second person to help you carry it but I had to make due with nobody else being home.Quiet: If you’re walking on a very slow setting, sure it’s quiet, but it’s not super quiet on a moderate walking pace, which most people will likely be doing. It’s a treadmill without all the extra jazz, so it is a bit noisy, but also not as noisy as a typical treadmill. Buying a thick yoga mat to place under it would probably alleviate some of that if you’re worried about neighbors below you. It’s not so loud that people would be bothered if you use it for an hour–it’s just on the louder end of quiet. Definitely quieter than a vacuum. The beeping when turning it on and changing settings is loud and piercing though–around the volume of a smoke detector, and you can’t turn it down. It scares my dog so I have to make sure he’s in another room while I use it.Speed: The speeds are great and the remote to change them is super helpful. It comes with a wrist strap so you don’t have to worry about dropping it. The battery inside has a plastic tab you have to pull off of it and then it works fine. It comes with an extra battery as well. The screen cycles through the settings while in use: speed, time spent on it, distance, and calories. Pausing it does fully stop it though, and everything resets to zero. So if you have to stop in the middle and are trying to keep track of total time/distance in a session, you’ll want to check your progress before you do.App: Haven’t used it and don’t really care to. I just appreciate the ease of having this walking pad. I work late hours often and have needy pets, so going out for long walks is not always available to me (and I don’t like walking in the dark-which would often be my only option). The convivence of this makes it well worth it.Note: It did come with a bit of damage to the border (about a 2 inch hole in the plastic that looks like something hit it / it got dinged in transport). It doesn’t effect the machine at all though, so I don’t really care.Fitness Advice: If your buying this to lose weight I can’t speak on it. I use it a couple of times a week and don’t track my weight. I will say though, I feel like consistent use of this has improved my energy and mood. My body feels like it’s adjusting to the time of day I use it instead of feeling drained when I get home. I look forward to using it. That being said, regularly walking in general without the walking pad would do the same, but considering that’s not always an option this definitely makes it easier. I’m sure this would be beneficial for people like me who only have time later in the day to exercise (and don’t want to walk around in the dark), prefer walking to heavy and intense exercise programs (or want to supplement with walking), and people who live in climates that aren’t always kind to outdoor activity.Four stars mainly for the cord length and heavy weight, but overall I appreciate the ease of use and that it does exactly what I wanted it for.

    Better than expected
I have never owned a treadmill but used plenty of them in gyms , this one does the job just fine . It connects to your phone also and can be controlled with the app or manual control with a wireless remote that comes with it . I’m not running full speed just using it to get moving during the cold months , overall very happy with this purchase . Also light enough to be moved out of the way easily.

    Don’t waste your money
I bought this treadmill on July 10, 2025. I used it to walk on while I work. On November 14th the belt separated making it unusable. I reached out to the company and unfortunately they never responded. This was a great treadmill until it fell apart at 4 months. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. The lack of customer concern is inexcusable.

    Did not last long
The walking pad worked good for approximately 8 months. Purchased in October 2024 and up until recently it was quiet and running smoothly. About a month ago, the walking pad got louder and the tread started slipping to the left. I followed the manual instructions to adjust tread and also added lubricant every month. I have to continuously adjust the tread every time I walk and if I try to walk over 1 mile, the walking pad smells like it is burning. It is cheaper to replace than try to repair but, I will not be replacing with the same walking pad. I expect the product to last longer than 8 months.
