Lifesaver
I typically don’t leave reviews unless I love it or hate it, but these I absolutely LOVE! Truly a lifesaver!!! I’m a menopausal women who is experiencing an uncontrollable amount of bleeding (not to worry…I am working with my Gyno to figure out the issue). Tampons are not working for me so I had to resort to pads. Problem is that at time the flow is super heavy and unexpected. My daughter shared these with me and I wasn’t sure what to expect. And, the price for one pair was shocking! So…let me share! First…super cute!!! Love the waist band! Took sometime getting used to the padding in the crouch area, but now it does not bother me! I do not feel the wetness against my skin! No leakage into my clothing! I was getting tired of washing out the bloodstains!!! I anm super impressed! Truly a lifesaver! Well worth every penny!!!!

Learning to trust this product. We grow up expecting and experiencing an unusual product with sketchy performance. These are sold as menstrual aids. They work for incompetence equally well. Very highly recommended.

No more bleeding through!
I don’t write reviews but I had to for these. I have terribly heavy periods that require frequent changes of pads or tampons or I bleed through. I was skeptical of these but decided to try and what a lifesaver!! I an able to wear these all day with zero issues. I don’t find them uncomfortable or anything once you get used to them. They do run a touch small, but I think that is so they won’t leak. I tend to be between sizes and just bought the larger size I fit into and they are perfect. Highly recommend!

Good for Backup Protection, But Overpriced
I really like the idea of Thinx period underwear, but I don’t trust them to hold the equivalent of 12 tampons. Maybe they could, but who wants to sit in that all day? I prefer using them with a pad or tampon for extra leak protection, and they’re great for overnight use since pads can shift around while you sleep—these stay in place and prevent leaks.They’re pretty comfortable overall, though the crotch area is a bit thick (understandable given the design). My biggest issue is the price—$50 for period underwear feels excessive. I was able to use my FSA, but still, it seems overpriced, especially since I prefer to use them with other products anyway. If you don’t mind using them solo, they might be worth it, but for me, they’re more of a backup than a full solution.

Comfortable and Works Well
I was skeptical about period underwear but I am able to wear these on my heaviest day and they do not leak. They are very stretchy and comfortable. They are thick and I mostly wear them to bed and not under tight fitting clothing.

They aren’t made like they used to be
I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased some from the THINX website a long time ago. I really liked the fit and quality at that time. I decided to buy more and found that it was easy to order from amazon. They must have changed their design because they are much more bulky than my other ones and the gusset doesn’t have elastic in the newer design so I found them uncomfortable. Also the stitching was crooked so the fabric bunched up as seen in the picture. I will be finding another brand to try. They are also expensive.

Absorbent for when Aunt Flo shows up
I like wearing underwear that I don’t have to worry about staining during my flow. I like that they are machine washable, and I can use normal Always pads inside of them.
