Potent and Effective — Use with Care
This makes an excellent iced tea, and I’ve enjoyed blending it with other teas. I originally bought it as part of a liver-support and detox routine, and it turned out to be very effective— maybe a little too effective for me. I experienced a strong cleansing reaction: deep sleep, sweating, coated tongue, body odor, the works.It’s still part of my Subscribe & Save, but I only have one cup at a time (always at night) and pay attention to how my body reacts. I pair it with supportive habits like drinking plenty of water, balancing electrolytes, light exercise, rest, and exfoliation— every couple of weeks or whenever I feel I need extra support.One small drawback: every box so far has arrived crushed. If you like to display your teas or use a built-in dispenser, you might want to reinforce the corners with a bit of tape.
