Game changer.
As a personal trainer of over 30 years I’ve always focused on building a strong core and maintaining good posture on a daily and consistent basis. Ive only had this on for 4 minutes and I can already see the benefits this will bring. As a tall guy with a large upper body, I tend to lean forward as I walk.. head down alot and shoulders slumped forward. I actually started noticing my chest was beginning to dissappear… why? Because my posture had gotten really bad. As I sit in a chair writing this review.. my shoulders have maintained their CORRECT position the whole time.. pulled back with the chest out. This is an amazing product. If you suffer from low back pain, scapula pain, rear delt pain, neck pain due to weak traps.. this is gonna be a game changer. Buy it.

Didn’t fit- not enough ways to adjust it,
Did not have enough adjustment options so I couldn’t pull it tight enough to force my posture into correct position. And it’s not elasticized so I couldn’t get it tight enough. The Velcro straps were already at the smallest adjustment position. It’s a one size fits all pretty much- I’m small in the chest, flat chested , so I just had too much room to spare. I’ll just have to keep looking.
