Ended up buying one to see if I like it and I did! Ended up buying another one as my right arm is now huge and my left is lacking hahahaha. Good quality even on the swings

Returned, something internal was broken. Ended up buying bowflex

Larger then expected
Works like it should from what I can tell but it’s much larger then anticipated, close to the size of a soccer ball. It arrived the day before I had a surgery so haven’t been able to actually use it yet to see how the size effects things. Probably be fine for swings but something like cleans would likely end badly

The item is roughly 2x larger than your average kettlebell. However the size doesn’t take away from being able to perform exercises with ease.
